OK looks like they have around £0.5m in cash but a mc now of 10x that at £5.0m.
So anybody any idea what the plan is or is everybody going to pile in here regardless.

Quite surprised you couldn't top up as there are far more sells than buys.

Question how did they manage to get 40%, on open market, someone else sold?
Would it not have been more beneficial to have had a placing, at least it woukd have put more cash in company.

nufc9 you are absolutely correct, I mis read it and posted incorrectly.
Must admit to being torn about the sp reaction, because although I want to see a big rise I also would like to add a few more.
See this as a solid lth so if sp falls a bit will add some, but with the possibility of more news on the horizon might be wishful thinking.

I think most on here would agree that sp should be in the 6-8p range to sit comfortable with its peers, and reflected in its mc.
But it isn't and no one can quite put a definite reason why the sp falters as soon as 3p beckons.
But whatever is holding this back will someday relinquish its hold and with any good news this will re-rate to a more realistic sp.

Can't have any complaints with todays update.
The company looks more undervalued every day.
Current production over 11k bod and with Lemang and shortly the Maari acquisitions production should increase to around 19/20k bod.
Debt will be cleared by end of year.
More acquisitions in the pipeline.
Expect quite a large cheque when Maari acquisition completes in H1.
Cant emphasis how good and well run this company is compared to the complete scam outfits running amok on aim at the moment.

Jadam, it might be just as well for pi's that lombard are out.
If they held after drilling, and result is good they would completely saturate any rise.
If they held and results bad, imagine the cheque potter would have to write to lombard.

I have no doubt that lombard will not be holding any bpc shares at end of drillng.
They are not like pi's, it's only numbers to them.

Well lombard just sold as quick as they could thats the business strategy they have as they have an assured profit regardless.
But the next step could be very significant.
Will they opt for more, guaranteed 15% profit.
Or will they leave !
Taking more, less chance of sp rising.
Leaving, doesn't make sense as potter has guaranteed that they can sell at any price for a profit.
So more it is, but sp could fall further.
What a mess now hope it turns out ok.

If the note holders won't convert at 85p why would anyone buy above 85p.
Not hard to figure out is it.

Are mm's dropping bid to scare some into selling as they are maybe filling an order and raising offer wasn't working, maybe!
So much news coming and now being offered a good top up price, just need to try and time it right.
Big trading day last Friday and expect a tr1 from someone if they have finished buying that is.
