21 days notice for agm12 Dec 2020 21:00
Just like to point out to JZ and sp angel that uru metals, according to their amended articles of association in jan 2019, have stated that
77. An Annual General Meeting shall be held once a year, at such time and place as may be
determined by the Board. The Board shall determine the business to be conducted at
each Annual General Meeting (with a view to meeting good corporate governance
standards for a company of its size and stage of development).
78. The Board shall give not less than fourteen (14) days’ notice of meetings of Shareholders
(other than Annual General Meetings for which the board shall give not less than twenty
one (21) days’ notice) to;
(a) those persons whose names on the date the notice is given appear as
Shareholders in the Register of Shareholders and are to vote at the meeting;
So as uru had it's last AGM way way back on 7th jan 2019 , and the fact that they have not given notice of an agm according to the above, then they have therfore defaulted on their own governance, as the next agm cannot now be held until 2021 at the earliest.
So no agm in 2020 calendar year!
Just goes to show how shareholders are treated as ..... by you know who and it's got to be said that the nomad is failing in its role.
Aim regulations who cares, just do your own thing nothing will happen, seems to be the norm these days.
