So hopefully lombard have loads of shares left so won't be tempted to reload but then again if would be free profit for them, they cant lose.
Sell at any price, this was an incredibly stupid deal for bpc and the bod got away with it,

Imagine giving them all those shares and saying sell them for whatever price you want and we will give you the difference, amazing.
They need to go as soon as possible.

PH81 maybe they don't care in fact let's be honest they don't give a ..... about pi's.
So they might be ok with getting $10 m then handing back say $2m to lombard and be glad of the extra $8m or whatever.
There are no guarantees P1 will come up trumps so maybe they are just getting as much cash now, takes a lot to pay wages for another 10 years, and play the Cerp cards for a while.

the sp is going nowhere until drill hits oil or something hits the fan.

To be honest it is because of these times I am against this kind of payment.
He is already on a great salary of about £350,000 per year for doing his job so is a very wealthy individual.
So to give him another £100 ,000 just doesn't sit right with me.

At these grant of options.
I know bod took a pay cut, probably temporary, but this is a bit generous.
So Rob Pritcher gets 475,759 shares at £0.001 now that comes to just over 475 POUNDS.
Surely that can't be right, please correct me if I'm wrong.
He could sell these for 22p to get £105, 000, yes thousand pound, not bad.
If it is he has just more than doubled his holding for £475.
So he has also reduced his breakeven from 44p to just 22p.
Now I was hoping that if a takeover was on the cards a the price would need to be above or near 44p for Pritchard to agree, well that just went out the window.
This company has, if I'm right, just became like a lot of aim companies .......?......
Will sell Monday as I don't agree with this, best of luck.

In fact price probably already decided and this is why todays rns was released to bring the sp nearer to placing, so as it won't look so bad,might be wrong but thats the way I see it.

The tone from the CEO and Chairman statements are incredibly positive.
Really do expect a tr1 soon, not a lot of shares in issue.
Now we have had a bit of profit taking so hopefully start to rise again on the next wave up.

With all these 2p shares hitting market their buyers will soon start to dry up and sp might drift lower as the asset manager woukd rather sell as many above 2.3p as he can.
They are not interested in spud or cos or oil/ water/ duster just quick profit.
Because they will just reload and do the same again.
