If production testing is about to start on or around Friday 23rd July how can you say that that Saffron 2 will be a success or not by Friday.

Surely once testing has been completed only then will Saffron 2 be known as a success or not, and sustained output achieved or not.
Or are you simply implying that if they manage to get to the testing stage then that itself would be a success.

Clear run!! They had 15 years to prepare for clear run and in the end told to drill or drop.
And then realised that they couldn't get the money together, what was the commercial director doing for 10years.
Delays the govt caused, again 15 years to get things right and the only thing they have done in that time is pick up wages every month.
Blame everybody but the people responsible as usual, wake up.

The govt will most likely want what they are owed not "more" just the amount that was agreed, the way you say it is that the govt are trying to get more than they should and they are not and now are probably wondering if they are going to get what they are owed.
Not good management and the govt might just be thinking why should we renew the licence when we never got paid the last time.

Thanks for that, thought they had secured a $10m RBL with a trinidad bank but nothing signed yet and just speculation.
So they still need to secure funding of $15-$20m to, as they put it develop saffron if S2 is really successful.
Need to be open about licence fees because this $2.9m plus is not a trivial sum for a company struggling to pay the bills.

Apparently bought a shed load at 20p plus before P1, averaged down after duster at 8p, took another load at 3.5p offer and then 500,000 more just lately at 2.71p , nobody does that do they!
