Why not today, they have already had an extra month.

Prd's rns yesterday might be causing a delay as prd have publicly stated that ceg financial status is uncertain, they are owed nearly $500,000 which is significant for both companies, and ceg might have make some sort of comment in reply.

If they don't publish today before close of trading it doesn't look good.

Also when does end of month include start of next month willec?

They have to publish before end of month and today is the last day to do that as the last day is a Sunday not Monday 1st of the next month.

Well looks like they all survived.
Maybe one reason why interims were delayed till after agm as they might not have had if interims had been released on time.

Change of name kinda hides a lot of info on ceg on here, maybe that was part of master plan.

As for s2 production, don't know if they will give up to date production as of this month's but probably just reiterate that it started at 82 bopd. One thing to remember tho is that production is declining, because overall production has fallen and that is with the s2 production included, it should have gone up but declined.
S2 also cost $4.8 m a bit more than the budgeted $3m so that wasn't good management.
But the commercial manager got promoted to ceo after the calamitous P1 funding and how it has left ceg in a seriously bad financial state.

They do need funds and if they don't get it sorted soon god knows where that will lead if others state demanding payment.

Now who voted against resolutions 2,3 and 4 for the agm , won't make a difference as they are well covered but any pi's that are unhappy might, send a signal at least.
How many wouldd vote for the resolutions, nobody, surely nobody can be happy with how the bod have performed in shareholders interest but stranger things do happen.

Do some maths from the production updates, the rns from 6th Sept is missing from here, but available from website or London Stock Exchange.
It's good they have managed to get water issue under control but current production around 1800 bopd but with the production additions this year it should have been nearer 4000 bopd so that goes to show how badly production fell over the year.
I think the market knows this and that is why the sp has fallen to this level.
But they are making a profit, but I would wait until next quarterly production update to get a clearer picture before investing, just my opinion.

S2 was budgeted at $3m as was stated on here and by the Company.
It cost $4.8m.
60% over budget by $1.8m.
Significant for a small company like ceg.
