But BB don't think for one minute that you will be able to sell any shares you have or intend to buy in the latest open offer, above the price you pay, your average will be above .10p.
By the time the egm is over and all the resolutions passed and you've bought your allowance its to late.
Think of this why do you think that the volume traded is so high just now.
Where did all of these shares and sellers suddenly appear from, they weren't here last week and I guarantee they won't be here when you try to sell and by the time you realise why the sp will be below .10p and like I said welcome to the the ceg LTH society.

Notice volume well up last 2 days 335m thurs 57m yesterday so looks like their plan is working.

Retail investors do realise that any shares they buy now are giving the seller 40% mark up at .14p compared to their placing price of 0.10p, will people never learn.
When the placing is done and the profit taken this will drop again and again until, wait a minute is that Bill Murray I see.

Bohemia, good point as the new investor shares 690m which apparently trade on 31st January, supposedly.
But will they still hold at the egm and as you pointed out what have lth's got to lose but could get some satisfaction.

GH they forecasted 1500 to 1650 boepd but what I want to know is what BL knows and that is the actual figure as of now not a future prediction because we know that's never accurate.

Did they say what they are current up to date production is?

This includes forecast, so they not saying that they have 1500boepd but just forcasting that's what they expect, so God knows what they are producing.
Can't be that hard to look at the daily/ weekly production figures .
Maybe looking isn't the hard part but reporting it might be.

Current production is 1500 boepd.

Do some pi's know what forward selling is and why its happening.
Once their finished, profit taken this will drop again and again.
That's why and how these companies can only raise money.
Don't get fooled again.

Not a great update is it.

Production seems to set now at 1500 boepd hoping for an additional 150 maybe from new well.
But fact remains that production from existing wells are in decline and new well production can't match the decline.

Cash balance has dropped from $2m in june to $1.2m so at the moment spending more than making but they are still paying BP.

Also not impressed with BL saying 2000 boepd which it clearly wasn't.
Really thought this company was different but looks like lifestyle is top priority for now anyway.

Wow certainly makes an interesting read and suggest reading it from top to bottom.

Quite a few of the sums don't add up especially with previous disclosures.
How much did saffron 2 cost, bit of confusion with previous rns.
How much is it currently producing, nothing seems like a bit of a trend.

But the best bit is they can only issue a certain amount of shares but guess what , yes you guys can join in again.
Yes we know what happened last time but it's going to be different this time, honest.
All you have to do is agree at the egm for us to issue another shedload of shares so you can join in our lifestyle, let's call it a work event, and also we can issue more shares to pay off the convertible loan notes.

Although this article is dated January 17th, he refers to the AJ-13 well spudding in a few weeks.
The AJ -13 well spudded 12th Nov so that would tend to infer the interview happened in maybe Oct.
Q3 production averaged just over 2000 boepd.

Really do need production update to see exactly what production was in Q4.

notice how they will say, drilling is to commence but never actually say drilling HAS commenced, its all in the wording, wise up.

Unless of course they intend to just regurgitate the last set of drilling results.

Did notice that you posted here and were one of a few honest posters on ceg.
A few not so honest but you get that on every board but that's part and parcel of bb's.

As for Vls I'm still doing research but doesn't seem to be anything of concern yet at least.

They are on aim which is not as good as a standard listing but doesn't mean they aren’t a good company but not regulated as well as a standard listed company.
They have been around for a long time though as Oxford Catalysts in a different life.
But do seem to be moving forward with more meaning now and don't have any concerns with directors, a big thing for me as have a few on blacklist.
Big step will be uk plant, but also Bayou Fuels in US and the work with Toyo engineering should not be discounted, any news on these fronts will only move sp in right direction as happened with the SAF off take that they recently announced.

But no doubt you know all this and probably more as you've been here longer than me.
After losing out with bpc/ceg it does tend to make people see things differently and not to get duped by misleading posters and bad directors and do more thorough research.
