Without wishing to incur the wrath of the assembled Hurricane watchers, I always thought you all being a bit glass half full about FOIL in 2018! Would be a brave person to predict that now methinks. The length of AMs holiday in Dubai has taken us all by surprise I suspect, especially after Dr Ts comment about the Saucy Sues spin round the lighthouse a couple of months back which made it all seem imminent. The has been no RNS but I assume there must have been an unexpected hold up there?

Don't really do predictions! The previous quarter was strongly influenced by better that expected grades. No idea if that will continue. Also in terms of a financial result, the margin will have decreased - pit costs may be unchanged with a continuing weak Lira but the average gold (and I assume silver) price is roughly down 10% quarter on quarter. We mustn't see reduced free cash as a failure, its inevitably going to fluctuate with so many variables outside the companys control.
I think in the BBR/Proactive media reports in early August Dr.S stated that nothing was going on re Tasvan this summer other than obtaining permits, so I expect nothing there. I am hoping something good on the Ardala trial mining and Kizilcukur where we know significant work has been recently been done, I am a bit thick and admit I know nothing about Kepez - could you precis this prospect for me?
Also do we get a new presentation in November 18? Very interested in seeing another timeline plan for sites, particularly whether Tasvan development is still predicted and unchanged.

Love all the ship watching and hypotheses about speed etc from you salty sea dogs. Tell me, when the AM is on station WOS will you all metamorphize into latter day Michael Fishs', look at Atlantic weather patterns to predict the precise date of the hook up??

Don't know about anyone else but I find it monumentally irritating when you have to fight the unwanted adverts that pop up, slowing down and obscuring the content that you want to see. It is counterproductive with me, I resolve to never buy the advertisers product when that happens!

I am a great supporter of HUR in these exciting times, am in well over what I originally intended (which is worrying) and would be more than happy with a £10 SP! I think that is probably unrealistic, but then who knows what is realistic since it is hard to evaluate? Personally at £2 I would have a broad smile. And a Porsche.

This talk about share price/ share split is a bit odd. The fact that BP is c£5.50 and HUR is c£0.55 has no relevance.
If the BP board wanted BP to be a 'penny' share it could do by having (say) a 100 for 1 share split. The net result is effectively nothing, all other things being equal Joe Punter would overnight have 100 times as many shares each worth 5.5p. The company is the same, the Market Cap is the same, the Joe owns the same % of BP.
It is a psychological thing only, in UK people feel 'comfortable' with SPs in the range £1 to £10 -if <£1 subconsciously people think there must be something dodgy and its going under, > £10 and people think its too dear and the only way in down. In fact it means nothing at all.
Oddly this psychology doesn't seem to apply in the States eg I think eg Amazon is c$1940, which is a bit daft as it limits the amount able to be invested into huge steps.

However you really should brush up on your grammar. The possessive noun for a single company is company's. It is when one is talking about more than one company that you use companies - as in 'the office block was head office to several different companies'. Therefore, overall, I can only give you 1/10.

I held shares in 2016&2017 and over 3 trades managed to lose £400. Not a fortune (in fact quite a modest loss by my standards!) but that's why I'm in no hurry to rush back in. I agree the product is high margin, high quality and from what I gather virtually inexhaustible, so the sooner they churn it out like the clappers the better. Assuming fashions don't change it should be great...……...but I would rather keep waiting and act on proper positive news even if that means paying, say, 25% more when I do invest. I would rather do that than sit on a drifting AIM share as I have done rather too many times. Put it this way, the last time I sold this share I made a loss at 9p - would have been more now!

Have to admit that is rather an odd comment!

I was talking about HUR while listed on AIM (as far as I am aware it fits other qualifying criteria) attracting BPR (business property relief) on IHT (inheritance tax) provided held for 2 years. That could be a potential 40% saving for all of those on this board (especially significant for those lucky enough to have a big holding) on the value of your HUR holding on the day you peg out. That tax advantage will be lost on delisting from AIM and relisting on a 'main' Exchange

Just as important for us is POO (Brent) bouncing off $80. Can see no downside if that were to happen, and it would upset Trump. So win win
