We'll just have to wait and see.
If the JV goes through I think there is likely to be an uplift at the imminent prospect of a divi/divis. But thereafter a long period to reflect on - although the new JV will provide a (diluted) acceleration of additional production even Tavsan will be 2-3 years off, Salinbas 5 or more. Obviously a hardening of terms by the new partner post DD could cause a shock to the SP.
Without the JV then it is as before albeit with Cyprus added in the mix, which will stretch AAU since progress at Salinbas is slow enough already. Would that cause a retrace towards 2p? Don't ask me, but I expect it would to an extent, especially if it was 'new partner' who pulled out rather than the AAU shareholders refusing to endorse because of the asset reduction.
