I think this is an 'elephant in the room' at the moment (hate that expression!), its on everyones mind but we aren't talking about it. I asked a similar thing about a week ago, and didn't get a reply! If the production is as expected then the AM must be starting to bulge at the sides. The weather is probably the main factor at present, its one thing sailing a big boat in this weather but another to bob up and down transferring oil. Lets hope production doesn't have to be suspended while waiting for the weather.

True Beerbull, think we will all be a happier bunch when ( I hope) the operations get a clear bill of health in the CMD presentation. Any nasties would have to be aired there. Think that must be the problem Donscot. I am no mariner but it seems that several tankers are in Scapa Flow. From my several scuba diving trips there I know that is a natural shelter which is why the Royal Navy had its Northern base there. Looking at the weather it does seem a bit breezy and the winds are westerly so straight over the Atlantic. Suspect more than a bit choppy. I have no idea what the limits are for an offtake but the weather seems set in for several days

As I think I said before on the BB I believe this will go down the pan if the FB concept turns to nowt otherwise it is currently totally undervalued. No third option.

The obvious affect short term of the SP slump is strategically, because if any plans depended on fund raising then that isn't reallya good idea at present (which with production I hope is not the case unless we have a serious crash in PoO decimating net income).
So hopefully no affect except depressed PIs who are sitting on a loss whishing they hadn't heard of Hurricane until today!

looks rough for another 7 days. At 20,000 barrels per day since the turn of the month is there a danger of having to cease or throttle back production temporarily? Back of a envelope calc, since the last offtake the AM must be holding c.400,000 barrels today so 540,000 this time next week
