I would add that the ENQ SP of 26p is irrelevant. It could be over valued at 1p or under valued at £2. What matters is Market Cap, Revenue, cost, debt, usable tax losses, growth potential, political risk etc. SP means nothing as a comparative to another company, for instance the board could increase SP by a factor of 10 overnight by use of a 10:1 share consolidation.
Sadly because of the incessant, but gradual (usually!) drift downwards in HURs' SP there are various price points now likely to be hurdles on the way up. Could be a slow recovery sadly.
