Uncertainty surrounding redom is removed and way forward is explained and embraced by investors, institutional investors in particular. Yes vote to redom has now become a formality. Holding in the new company will largely be the institutions and long term holders affecting supply of shares and this should provide significant boost to the sp. Im expecting this upward trajectory in sp to continue upto and beyond 7th July.

Cos I stand by it cos the company in any presentation cannot spell out every single scenario. You have to interprete whats being said and ask questions for clarity. At the time I asked, other than Kaz, have POLY tried other exchanges like HK. The reply was working within legal parameters POLY would not leave any stone unturned to deliver shareholder value and mentioned HK and A Dhabi and few others as potential listing options . Absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Bb...what I posted is not new. Nesis did say at the presentation the company would split, he did say it will actively be looking to gain listing in other jurisdictions, that negotiations with brokers in UK for GDR listing have so far not been successful due to Russia connections etc etc. The meeting did not allow for follow up questions as I understand it.

If it did, one could have asked that once companies are split, would the company containing non Russian assets be eligible to list on the LSE? The answer would have been yes.

I think this is part and parcel and figures fluctuate for one thing or another. It only matters at the year end, and may be last qtr end was a little special as price of gold really spiked towards end of March. Should add few more millions to the profit as sold at higher prices than otherwise.
