Sp not tracking buy/sell trades. Sell trades are plentiful but low in value, buy trades are less but higher ave value and far ouweighs sell. sp down over 4%...doesnt make sense.

Big-baloney...I raised the issue of 75% vote cos wanted to understand properly myself. POLY IR did not raise the issue, merely answered my questions.

I just spoke to POLY IR regards redom and holding POLY on the AIX. They told me the following

1) Redom only happens if 75% of those voting actually votes in favour to redom, not 75% of all shareholders on register

2) Shareholders will not be able to complete opening of account on Tabys until after the vote on 3oth

4)You will require a code to complete opening of account on Tabys and this will be provided by POLY only after 30th May

5) Once account is open, you will be able to add your holdings to it

6) You do not have to be Kaz citizen to open the account

7) POLY have offered to pay for all costs incurred by brokers in issuing certificates, hence your broker should not charge you anything to issue certs. I am with ii and they have accepted POLYs offer, hence will not charge for certs and will recover costs from POLY

Theres no need for the panic. Im waiting until after 30th May before taking any steps

Tegsy...I have a day time job so cant be here all the time. I have my views but I am happy for any good news for CINE shareholders and that is sincere.

The Company notes the recent press reports relating to alleged corruption involving the head or judges of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

The Company also notes the media commentary which refers to Mr Kostyantyn Zhevago. As announced previously, Mr Zhevago resigned as a director of the Company in December 2022.

The Company is not aware of any allegations having been made against the Company, any members of its Group or any employees of the Group. Ferrexpo takes this opportunity to confirm that it operates to the highest standards of corporate governance and has in place strict policies around anti-bribery and corruption.

Ferrexpo will continue to monitor the situation and update the market as appropriate.

I tend not to have too much sympathy for the oligarchs, most if not all made their fortunes nicking public assets at knock down prices during uncertainties under collapse of the old Soviet Union. I do believe FXPO would be better off without him around.

Anyway, its good to hear from you again pokerchips, I though you got cashed in by Zelensky and was now history.

I think the uncertainty surrounding Kaz brokers, holding shares on AIX and lack of assistance from UK brokers may be forcing out some shareholders to exit POLY, and that is affecting sp moving upwards. Theres still plenty of time to iron out these difficulties so no need to panic.

Tegsy...Ill say again I do not have any holdings in CINE and neither do I hold any short position. In fact I have never shorted any share...dont know how to. I held CINE last year but got out incurring a loss...thank God.

I also passionately believe in fair play and I feel the mookster have been anything but that with wider CINE shareholders

WB...my position remains the same. I think theres zero value left in CINE for shareholders, but I also dislike CINE leaders manipulating situation and not wholly fighting for all the shareholders. I think the ch 11 and extensions are only created to benefit krooky mookies and without any benefit to the shareholders.

BUT, I sincerely hope Im proven wrong and there is something for the shareholders, but I dont see that being realised with mooksters at the helm cos they would want to keep all for themselves.

I dont think the mookster wants it either. He is trying desperately to salvage as much as possible for himself, so will want to direct liquidation process towards what saves/benefits the mooksters, and this would be at odds with rest of the shareholders.

Further, he is miles away and out of reach of UK courts.

I think the best thing that can happen to CINE right now is the very top management being replaced with competent people representing interests of wider shareholders. The mooksters are only in it for themselves.

Countless examples of ch 11 abuses if one cares to look for it. Probably 9 out 10 companies goes bust anyway after exiting ch 11 and those surviving delivers very little to existing shareholders. Odds are heavily stacked against CINE. Even if they do things like renegotiate rents wont help them as CINE is not earning enough to pay interest on existing debts let alone any additional costs.

Of course it has nothing to do with Ferrexpo directly. To be honest, it might even turnout to be a blessing in disguise if Zhevagos shares are taken away and given to another party, as he has been nothing but a pain/burden on rest of the shareholders.

Once CINE goes into liquidation, it is then up to creditors what they do with the business. I dont believe they would want to run the business and so would be seeking a buyer. The mooksters have been in cinema business in some form or another since time began and hence my theory.

I hope Im wrong
