So have cna said they will fire anyone that strikes, or are they saying anyone that strikes is making their own minds up about leaving ., and their jobs will not be there for them when they return.
But regardless of the number voting for a strike it doesn't mean that all/ many will come out and strike on the days.

I think once everyone believes there could be shortages and many / most now staying at home for Christmas the SP should be well over a £1 with next qtrs numbers looking very good.

Very interesting, So out of a total of all eligible 59% voted and with 4829 voting for a strike out of the total is only 52%.
So under the rules I don't think 52% is high enough to have a pull and cna might just relax as this not enough to worry them. Or am I wrong.

But it shows that they haven't yet sold out for 35p, and all the time they are holding their stake there must be a good chance of a higher bid as the deal will not get the 75% and will not go through . I think a good sign.

RR is a private company and why would the government keep any eye on them, they don't give a fig.
It's only if they are about to go bust that they will / could get involved and we could be donw to 20p -50p again before they even look.

So eneo are happy and able to invest even more money in Cameroon rath than pay company bills they owe like vog.
This shows they have the money when they want it but NOT if it means paying their suppliers what they owe in the hope that vog will go bust and then they want have to pay at all.

Now would be a great time for a takeover offer of £1.50 and worth every penny as in 6 months this could be worth £2.50.

I think they will let it go ahead as they have everything under control and will stand their ground.
Haven't they said apart from some engineers most / most of the staff have already agreed new terms and the way the board are working they will not back off, and the city will not want them to. They know there are lots of good gas fitters out there just looking for jobs and will be able to fill any gaps.
Once they get the strike sorted and the money in from asset sales ,2021 will seem them concerntrate on home customers and profits will rise as will the sp.

Nor can I, we haven't had a date for the vote yet that I can see and also we haven't herd from ABC as to what they are going to do so my guess is all the time ABC haven't sold then we stand a chance of the bid being pushed up as they will not get the 75% they need to sell at 35p. So 45p-50p could still on the cards, let's sit back and wait a little longer.

As of 11am today Sky and BBC say no deal has yet been done. Hold on a while.

I don't know why you worry about being paid for gas clearly vog doesn't, this just show that the gas market in cameroon is much bigger than we supply and can therefore supply many more customers for months and then not worry about getting paid fo it.
This is cameroon and normal business pratice doesn't apply here. they will take who evers products they can and never pay for them. More fool vog.

This winter I guess as millions of brits will be staying at home instead of going away to sunny places from Nov - March so BG should clean up and boost profits.

Has anyone yet seen a voting date for this takeover, I know it was meant to be sometime in Jan but not a word yet from the BOD's or ABC and their holding. Unless I am going blind.
