on issue is what 8bn +and they are 20p shares so how on earth can they consolidate that, the only way I can see a way out of this is a share buy back down the line but will that come long before any divi.

I don't think Eneo have any intention of ever paying vog back, they screwed vog first time round then after promising to pay vog back on the next lot of gas done the same thing again They must be hoping vog goes bust first so they never have to.
Vog have some how got to find enough other customers to sell plenty of gas to to make a profit which they haven't done so far to date.

You can't blame the US for any flight ban with their death numbers over 300,000 but do they have the new variant yet in the US because if they haven't they could be another few months of high death rates which will not help uk / us flights and RR.

Has done well over the last few months so decided to sell and buy back if/ when it falls back to 80p ish, but it's always a gamble.

What happened there my com is showing a 10p spread all of a sudden.

Maybe the deal / offer has been rejected and they are deciding what to do but they should announce the results before they make any higher offer, maybe there is no higher offer and that's why they haven't said anything yet.

Been looking at these for the last few months and going by the rns it does look like short term trouble ahead, they have said they will run out of money and that will almost certainly mean a rights issue within the next month or so.
So the bets must be on for the right price, if the sp trades from 35p -40p then we could be looking at 30p and an already agreed deal. So at this stage we might as well wait for the offer price before topping up. Or am I seeing this different from others.????

Why is it a concern that this is the last time they can report earnings from the US business. What is going to replace it?
what's the point in having all this renenue from the us when there is so much debt when it still turns out to be a negative on the books , take in 100 costs out 110 etc None.
Pay off the debt then move on with a smaller cash positive business we all win. it's no different from selling shares that never return anything when you can put your money into better returning products.

We currently expect to report 2020 full year adjusted earnings per share from continuing and discontinued operations1 ahead of current market consensus2. 2020 closing Group net debt is expected to be approximately £2.8bn, a reduction of over 10% in the year. This is before including net proceeds of £2.7bn from the sale of Direct Energy (which closed on 5 January 2021), the bulk of which will be used to reduce net debt and make a contribution to the Group's defined benefit pension schemes.
So that's good news debt already down 10% and most of the sale money will be used to reduce debt with some going into pensions, when so many said it would all go into pensions.
All looks like steady as we go with NO real shocks. Should see sp going up more now.

Sold lots of these at £1.06 hoping the sp would go back down but it didn't, still time for it to drop again now to £1 and I will top up before it makes it's way up to £1.20.

We all know what's going to happen, If I top up now the sp will go down after the trading up-date and if I don't the sp will go up. Might as well just sit tight until it happens now.

Goodmorning Kam, I live in Kent and it's been very bad now for weeks our local hospital has been turning away a number of people for the last 1-2 weeks. Yesterday our numbers went down a little from over 1100 per 100,000. I hope it doesn't hit so hard where you are. stay safe.

Yes I think we all get kicked in the N*** on these sp's. as holders we see the sp's going up maybe 5p-10p and then down again a number of times so rather than just sitting we say next time I will sell high and then buy back in when it falls. so we do but then sod's law kicks in and it doesn't fall back and then we find ourselves missing out or buying back in at slightly hiher just to find out thant when we have bought back in the sp then decides to go down again. who knows what to do and how to make the most money. It's a game !!!!!
