First Qtr was up to 31st March, so this Qtr is for 1st April to what 2oth June because this up-date must have been done a few days ago.

So really we should have another 10 days of trading to get a true picture of what's going on. I know it's the AGM but at least give us the full story so we can look like for like.

Stanleyb , all very true but that's the way the system is set up and they all get away with what they can under the law and guide lines.

Over the many years just how many companies have stitched their shareholders and got away with it. many many many.

Stanleyb, it doesn't matter how much you keep ranting on about the CEO and chairman it won't change a thing. Todate we have all lost a lot if you bought in higher but currently all we can do is wait for better times.

The real truth is MM is more clever than us and that's why he is the CEO, you just have to come to terms with that.. I know I and many others would probably do the same thing if it was my company . If you were better at building a company stanleyb you wouldn't be here either trying to make a bob.

Your profits don't just go up if you stop charging vat, then your product sale price should / must go down as you don't just keep the vat money.

As your price goes down you should sell more and then make more profit .

I t would only be a one off refund of the vat already charged and paid.

Well we haven't been this high for a while , will it continue to go up to 90p or fall back down.

Who says THG cannot be taken over if 40% is held by 2 ish holders, business states that someone with 51% would take control even if MM and Fraser were against it. It's all about the price being offered to the other 51% ie us and other shareholders.

It's only a question of time before someone makes the move if this sector is consolidating and people with vision can see what will happen in a few years.

MM needs to get his act together fast and drive the SP over £ or he could loose the lot, and he must know this.

Thank you joedeev for that post, It does now look like this sector is consolidating fast and the French have some very big players in the dairy sector etc that can move fast if they want to.

So they now hold the plant they just need to buy the biggest brand from us at £1.20+

We can all see what's been going on and feel the same way, I have again posted all / most of these remarks less our names etc to investor relations, but I guess as normal they will just go in the bin somewhere. But I hope it makes their day knowing all is well in the real world.

Clearly APN know what they are doing and building a profitable business which MM doesn't seem to be doing, so maybe APN should be spending their money buying us at £1.20 a share.

The one main problem with met1 is we have NO real income stream to base this business on, and it seems we have only many fingers is many pies as a gamble that one or more might pay back in the years to come.

And like many my /our money is nothing more than a big gamble.

Again all this talk about at rebait,but as mentioned before THG is not the list so we can't be going for this rebait as a stand alone company, so who are we going in with or are we just banking on the sector result and then we may not here for weeks.

So going by the last trading up-date we should know they outcome by end of spring, that's end of this week by my maths.

Now this should be interesting if on time.

At the end of the day we have to remember the board are NOT doing this for us shareholders they are doing it for themselves,

they have either been threatened or about to be threatened with maybe personal fines for something they have done outside of the normal rules which could come back to bite them.

They have enough votes to get this through anyway and don't give a fig about us.

If I was to say I have got twice the value in THG shares than the cost of me buying my house and leave it at that.

Anyway you shouldn't be concerned about my holding it's only my position and I am happy with it for now.

Hjzhou, happy to. been holding for a long time now and like many I bought at a much higher price but have been selling some and buying back at a lower pice when I can.today I hold many thousands with an ave now about 44p ish.so if MM does take this private he must pay at least 45-50p ish I hope. So that's me but it would be nice to here from the welsh nerd that just posts with rude stupid remarks, but if he is a holder at a very high price and too stupid to buy more and lower his ave, more fool him. Where do you stand.
