Good morning inthedark, yes I agree with all that and not really expecting any deal until the next tax year but it would be nice just to get a little info.

Anyway after selling some for 84p the other week I am still looking to buy them back at 78p-79p in the next few weeks before any real deal is announced.

So I just wonder where we are with this, are they still talking, are they now / yet going through the books.

I guess no news could be good news.

Looks like more and more top jobs are going to ladies, is that because the ladies do better job all round ?

Sorry I disagree, many would rather see a divi and that's what has been holding up the SP. This small spell of low SP will die out and the SP will again rise as the year moves on and the acquisitions is sorted.

Because of the profit warning and downgrading by some brokers, so many think the SP will drop and it has so far from over a £1 to 70p ish and many not knowing where this will end in the short term. 60p - 70p ish. any ones guess.

This week looks like a trading span of 21p-23p again, so will we hit 21p today.???

Sorry contrarian not wasting my time and don't give a fig what you think you know. but luck did play a part as the SP went down just after I sold. Some would say good timing but luck does sometimes play a part.

Contrarian, I made money last week when I sold a lot at 84.2p and will buy back more when they hit 79p. Simple.

Tom, I am here because I hold / trade shares in ITV which I think is more than you as you DON't hold any shares , so I come on here to get my daily in take of laughter from posters like you that just talk rubbish and negativity.

Yes maybe someone's got a little inside info that could soon break and push up the SP .

Maybe they have settled the Germany issue.

So after this RNS telling us that MM 's company now owns 19+%, what is MM total holding ie shares in his name + this company or is the total now 19+% anyone know.?

Many on here are always talking about how good or how bad ITV is compared to BBC etc and what they should or should not be doing with the business.

But as many of us on here are not life time holders and don't buy to hold the shares for years, who really gives a fig.

I don't care what they do, I just look at the SP and think can i make some money.

Well the company is clearly NOT going bust and a sitting duck at 22p ish and looks a steal at this low price, so either a takeover over at say 50p or a slow tick up to 35p within weeks.

Surprised the SP is not higher say 27p-28p after the last broker up-date to 35p, it will /should start to move up at some point

after they said NO new money was needed and they have a plan to turn the business around.

So now with so many shares on issue , the next move will be to consolidate by 10 then we are all looked in and losing and they can then re-issue more at a higher price.

I think we have all seen this many times before and it's just the directors that they are looking out for.

So after what almost another year gone by and ITV are still trading about the 80p mark so plus all the divi's.

So much for the doomsters keep saying itv is finished and we are all losers. Well all my money invested in ITV has given me a better return than my cash isa's and we still have the possible special divi of maybe 30p a share and a SP push up.

Well pretty much all on track for the numbers they said months ago, good to see they have got rid of uk loss making business and NO need to raise more money with Germany being solved in the next few weeks with luck.

Should settle the market and now start to move back up. with NO major problems ahead.
