I'm out, it was getting to close to call so out yesterday at 34.4, would have liked a little more profit but that's life.

Same old chestnut again, I think even Foo came to the answer in the end that they couldn't sell West Med no matter price was on it because of it's position and the cost of getting the gas out was more than what it was worth.
And it is still costing £1m a year to keep it on the books.
It's an asset that's worth nothing, just come to terms with it.

Still lots of small buys going through so many are still expecting this to go above 35p. maybe 40p is on the cards.

Kall, you are of cause 100% right and I agree with you, I have been trading / investing/ gambling for some 35-40 years and in that time I have bought and held for years and then found to my mistake that I have lost out, I have also tried day / week trading and won and lost out/ we all know that what ever we do is never going to be 100% correct.
I few weeks ago I said if this gets to £1.06 -£1.10 I will sell and buy back when it falls but didn't and sod's law it went back to 99p, so today I have just sold lots at £1.06 on the bet / hope it will fall again but you know what's going to happen now don't you. more profit for all those that have held.Still it's better to keep making a few hundred/ thousand every time rather than waiting for that very big win that never seems to come along.

Has seen a good rise today so are we going to see some profit taking after lunch and the sp going back down a little to say 101,
or is it going to carry on going up to the vote.?

Well that's been a good rise today and in line with the ft, so is there going to be some profit taking now and the sp go down to say 48p - 49p before the rise up again?

If they put the insurance arm up for sale the business will not be worth what it is today and we will see the sp dive to maybe only 50 %- 60% of current price.

Great news is all done, so what's going to be done with the money I guess we will find out in the trading up-date, but we should now see the sp going up to 50p- 60p.

and if so at what price , surely not less than 35p as that's the price ABC would get anyway, and if so are Texas looking to get more than 35p. This game is not over yet.

Yes it looks like they have sold out but to who? if it's davidson Kemp then they have already pledged to sell the lot to the bidder for 35p but if it's to someone else who might want to fight on, who knows?

Like many I am still holding. If we vote yes then we will get 35p no problem but if we vote NO and they don't get 75% in favour then we stand a chance of a higer bid to get the deal across the line if the bidder still wants AA, Now that might only be a slight increase to 40p but it would be more than the 35p.
Every one has to make their own mind up !!!!!

Today says it all with pfd, plenty of good news coming out about more foods sales etc etc, today ft up about 150 points and you guessed it pfd is down again.
PFD never does what you expect.

I have just been watching Andrew Marr and Boris and Andrew was giving Boris a real hard time about everything as usual, and again about the scotish ref.
Well why don't we give scotland what they want and go, but at the same time stop all the money we give them and by the way what about the £650bn we have spent on Covid, if scotland go independant then they should also take £100-£200bn debt with them, after all we have spent that on supporting the scotish people through covid.Let them go and join the EU again and lose their fishing control etc etc and let's all get a bit of peace at last., because most english people don't give a fig.
