@Cruithe We live in hope! It's not difficuilt to put estimated time-frames in place. CH ought to take note on timeframes/expectations. EG. 'by end of Q1 2026', 'by end of HY2026' would be fine...something...anything. That is what forward-thinking leaders do to ensure stakeholders, employees, lenders, investors are fully on board with goals, objectives, and outcomes. It also shows accountability...hmmmm...?!

I will sell whenever I feel like it. Just as you have been telling everyone to buy, you seem now intent on telling certain investors when to sell as their opinion does not suit your 'Go Zephyr...Go, Go, Go!'...it was only a short time back that you too were asking serious questions about the direction, lack of action and poor communication from CH at Zephyr.

As for your comment about Zephyr being in the best place over the last 4 years, the share price does not share your 'latest' rather upbeat opinion. Further, throughout most of the latter part of 2021 (i.e. July to December), the Zephyr share price was 6-7p per share. Whereas the Zephyr share price now is circa 2.5p per share.

@Gurkhainvestor Er, thanks for the advice Dr G. However, I am and always will be pragmatic about my investments, of which Zephyr only represents a very small slice. This is a Zephyr discussion board, so everyone is entitled to their own opinion and to express it any which way they feel fit.

I would like to reassure your good self that JO is fit and well in every respect. I may refer to myself in the third person from time to time, as James Oxford is not my name, as I am sure Gurkhainvestor is not yours, or Banburyboy's is his/hers, or papaduke's is his/her etc. My name may be James and I may be from Oxfordshire, but the only relevance is that JO is my username on this LSE discussion board, hence, I refer to JO from time to time, and I personally happen to like it - as it appeals to my quirky sense of humour.

Last time I checked, typing/speaking in the third person is not a crime. After all the Prime Minimster has referred to himself on many occasions in both public and private as 'the son of a tool maker'...does that mean that Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer (also knonw by many as Farmer Starmer, Starlin Starmer, Never Here Kier, Two Tier Kier etc.) needs to book an appointment with Dr Gherkin for 'friendly health and well being advice'?!

Look closer: the interest and fees for the $2 million is pretty bad from a commercial standpoint as I have already mentioned...not only that it providers the lender with the option of a convertable loan note! If you think this is a great deal, then I have an island to sell you for £500,000...it's called Australia!

No updates on the previously bragged about 'Data Centre' for investors or partners. None. Not a word. For some reason there appears to be no commercial expression of interest as a result of the information contained within the 'Data Centre'. Combined with CH's statement in his interview that Zephyr has to act as if it goes it alone. Based on these facts, it's clearly obvious the JV is a non-starter for now at least.

Well The RNS is out, hardly a 'meaningful update' zero timelines etc. Short on details and plans and concrete next steps. In other words, a typical Zephyr RNS...a little bluff, a little bluster, and just wait for our next RNS...wash, rinse, repeat...

I agree with Banburyboy's comment at 7.35am today re debt and the largesly untapped line of credit of $100M (only a paltry $2.5 million was used).

For JO, the update on debt interest reductions is a non-starter event and is par for the course.

More importantly, we now find that Zephry has approval for $2M with an 'Implementation fee' of 6% per 12 months, plus 14% interest per annum...with a 'vague idea' how those rather expensive funds will be used...not only that but these funds may be subject to a convertable loan note at .0357p per share. In oter words, when the Zephyr share price hits say .04p, we can expect further dilution. Great stuff...not.

In CH's interview there was no update on the 'Data Centre' set up recently for would be farm ins or investors. In fact, quite the opposite, as CH mentioned, Zephyr has made the decision to prepare as if 'going it alone'. That tells us, there is no serious interest from other interested parties.

The only upside is that the independant valuations are decent. That said, a portfolio is only worth what 'someone' is prepared to pay for it...regardless of so called expert evaluations. Anyone in business knows that business brokers can value a business at X, only for it to sell at a significant discount.

For JO, this Zephyr stock currently has lots of red flags. Promises by CH of pots of gold at the end of the rainbow 'tomorrow'...may in fact be smoke and mirrors for a much darker situation here. Hence, I will hold my not insignificant investment (over £100,000) until the next RNS, which better be decent with concrete steps and timelines...or else JO will be off in a flash! An update on the 'Data Centre' progress...for a start (although it looks like that is already a non-starter) and a further update on the Paradox project wells connection to the 'nearby' pipeline infrastructure, and more.

Like the cowboys of yester-year, we have travelled as a group and shared banter, jokes, laughes, criticism, deep thoughts, opinions, yealling, abuse, but most of us are still talking...only a very select few have filtered folks...and that says more about them than those they have filtered.

When I first invested in this company, I had reasonable hopes that it would perform. After all, it is a pretty basic O&G model. However, as time has crept by, I like many others who have been invested far longer than myself have become rather disillusioned, and especially of late. The carrot of we have access ton $100 million to invest and expand, ended up with a drawdown of...wait for it...$2.5 million (from memory). Big deal. - I spent far more than that when I bought my house. Now, we are told that a good news flow is imminent...as we watch tumbleweed slowly drift by the front porch and down the street...

So for JO if there is no meaningful update by the end of November, JO will pull all investment from this time-warp of an investment that promises bright future just around the next bend. The only bright future - evidence based that is - is CH's pearly whites that seem to get more dazzling the longer his is CEO and paid a fairly decent monthly salary for very little output. The last set of financials were below expectations overall, and the capital raise caught everyone off guard.

In summary, JO will not wait for the next few RNS', which may well be more of the same 'promises' with little to no detail, timelines etc. around that. So for JO it is almost time to part ways...the end of November is make (a meaningful RNS update)...or make a break (no RNS...aka leave).

If you read my posts you will see exactly when I bought in...you fail to see I topped up very heavily just prior to suspension...its all there, while everyone was running for the hills, JO was adding. Not only that JO added recently at circa .2050p with a rather small but 'lucky' £13,000....it's all there in black and white.
