@Surin I doubt any would be buyer would even attempt to hold any discussions with Wood now. Wood and Sidara are working hard to close this out within a reasonable time frame and all indications would suggest within the forst 6 months of next year is achieveable. Wood will no doubt issue an RNS in due course. JO is not worried at all...30p per share is in the bag. IMO. This is one of the few instances whereby you can indeed count your chickens before they hatch. Bok, bok, baaawwwkkk! (Couldn't resist that!).

@SeemsLukeWarm Word has it that Icecool is licking his wounds over his recent investment in Wood and the heavy loss taken, so Icey has turned his attention to one of his other investments - TRX (suspended share, no cash, and convertable note being raised!) and looking for one or two new opportunities. I am sure if you want investment advice, Icecool could have a few words with you...er no matter what, just keep your cash in your pockets at all times! Lol

Hmmm, the word 'accorded'...? No, rather I think Wood has been mis-managed for years and has come to the end of the road (or rope depening on which way you look at it)...neither supported by institutional investors nor lenders. Sidara was in the right place, at the right time, and has plenty of cash available to pump into Wood. That's it in a nutshell.

@Surin You expect 35p per share? Er how exactly when the Sidara offer which has been approved by shareholders is for 30 per share...? Oh, sorry I get it, you are selling at 35p to Gruff! Can you get in line please...the line fro Gruff is long and winds down the street for several blocks!

@raghusn As JO said a few days ago, I think 'the Wood share price will settle at circa 24-26p overall...more like 24-25p.' The reasons are obvious to most investors. No rush for LTH, fill yer boots and average down to 30p break even or less to make a profit...on th proviso you do not need that cash for the next 6 months of course.

@Graff Please Obiwan tell us who are these mystery 'rival bidders'? Evidence please. BTW You have made an error, you typed 40p...surely you mean 60p. After all that is what you have been super-ramping so you can break even with Wood...40p surely that is a pittance compared to your posts over the last few weeks stating rival bidders 60p-99p? Anyway evidence of these new bidders please. A simple link to an article perhaps?
