@John33 If you were long on Mobico, you would invest for your own reasons and be happy with that. Instead you always play 'devils advocate' - always from or in favour of a shorter's perspective. You can fool some of the peaople some of the time. I've met and known too many shorts in my time, to not know one when I see one. You my fendish friend are clearly short on Mobico. You cannot fool JO. You cannot hide from your post history...it's all there in black and white.

You are clearly short - your posts in your history show it. I and others here would have more respect for you, if you came out and said you are short on Mobico.

Unfortunately, oil prices have risen now, so Mobico's share price has dropped. That said, there may be a small recovery in play prior to the weekend. All par for the course.

@helloDave I know Mobico are hedged against pil prices. Market sentiment still drives stock prices one way or the other. I guarantee that when the US Iran war is over, Mobico's share price rockets upwards as a result i.e. as oil prices drop like a stone.

Oil prices on the way down this afternoon. Mobico currently .23p up 1.86% so far today. Oil down, Mobico up. Simple.

As I mentioned previously, Trump is lining his ducks up in a row. First stop is Israel and Lebanon ceasefire. Of course that will be easier said than done for obvious reasons. However, it is an important step nevertheless.

Oil prices have declined somewhat. However, all eyes are on Trump and the US Iran negotiations and eventual peace deal.

So far all steps are in the right direction.

I have a hunch this weekend will have strong developments. Hopefully oil prices decline further, which means Mobile’s share price increases further. Shhh don’t mention that to the shorts!

To point out the obvious…that would be inside a trading! You have made a serious allegation and now need to back it up with evidence and name names, rather than propaganda. I will submit such evidence to the authorities.

Don't be concerned - a few intersted investors who share their thoughts and insights, and any conversations/discussions made on this Mobico discussion board will not move the Mobico share price in any meaningful way whatsoever.

The money markets will make their own minds up, and that will be based on Mobico's next RNS with the all important update, and the end to the US Iran war.

In the meantime, Mobico is on a sales growth drive as evidenced by the significant increase in passenger numbers and additional routes in the UK and abroad.

The shorts opened their positions when Mobico's share price was already at historic lows...for the shorts to expect/predict it to fall further is wishful thinking. Plain and simple.

Shorts are stuck between a rock and a hard place. A few were dumb enough to double down. Big mistake.

The 'smarter' shorts have started to close their positions before the damage increases further.

Mobico's next step is the RNS before 30 June with confirmation that the German deal is formally signed off, as well as an updated forceast. With invreased sales and margins, combined with cost savings, the furture looks very bright indeed.

@helloDave Not that I take much notice of shorts, but last time I looked the Open Shorts' position was almost 6%. NMow it has fallen back to 5.38%. Shorts seeing the writing on the wall and closing their positions slowly but surely.

That aside, all of the Open Short's positions have not benefited as from memory they started to short circa 21p at the lows. Mobico has not shown any sign it will return to that low.

Shorts will be in serious trouble soon...and they know it.

Meanwhile, US and Iran talks continue. Iran reviewing US amendment to peace deal.

The US Iran war end game is close, very close.

When the US Iran peace deal is announced, Mobico's share price will climb quickly, then it will be boosted further by Mobico's RNS update (dues by 30 June). Then boosted again when articles are released by the usual suspects on the 'Mobico turnaround' story i.e. strong leadership, increased sales, cost management etc. Then boosted again as investors (large and small alike) buy in to the 'turnaround'. You heard it here first. JO the writer of the text book of 'How to invest early and smart to make profits'!

Mobico is a clear and present multi-bagger.

A quick note to Mobico shorts (inlcudes firepower1 and John33): When your shorts catch fire, sometimes you are the last to notice. JO has seen the smoke, and where there is smoke, there is always fire! The shorts should learn by now: Never, ever bet against JO.

@dwam Cheer up! I've said it many times: JD Sports is a yo-yo stock. Plain and simple. Buy when it drops, sell when it rises. Too easy!

@firepower1 You really ought to read Mobcio's financials before you spout off tripe. The fact is that Mobico in the year ended 2025: Achieved Group Revenue growth of 6.2% to £2.76bn (2024: £2.60bn); and Adjusted Operating Profit of £198.0m (2024: £181.1m). The debt is of zero concern to lenders. Mobcio is fully backed by its lenders and stakeholders.

Mobico's updated forecast will be known by 30 June - so best to wait for that.

That said, no doubt you wish for Mobico's share price to fall, so you can buy in cheap before the big rise! Lol

I think 1 June was your last chance - and only because the US Iran war escalated...the storm before the calm! Best to buy/add AM 2 June for a quick and easy rise.

I was in appointments all day today, so missed an excellent chance to add late today. Never mind.

Tensions have escalated to a point whereby Trump has personally intervened between Israel and Hezbowhatever. Trump has stopped their scuffle in their respective tracks. Add to that the fact Trump has said US Iran talks continue at a rapid pace, and all bets are off for a resolution and agreement this week.

It is always darkest before the dawn, and today it was the case...until Trump stepped in tonight UK time.

Tomorrow, stocks will rise, and Mobico's share price will be no exception. If Mobcico hovers early AM tomorrow at a low of circa .225p or under, I will add.

As mentioned previously, I am cashed up and ready to pile into Mobico and add significantly as soon as the US Iran peace deal is secure...the light is now at the end of the tunnel and draws nearer by the day.

PS. By the end of June, we will have an RNS update from Mobico. Double whammy increase - US Iran peace deal, and Mobico RNS. The rise will happen in two massive jumps this month, due to these two events. Don't say you weren't warned!

Mobico finished at .2326p up 2.64%. A nice rise.

Over the last 5 days Mobico has risen from 21.66p to .2326p up 7.87%. Not bad for one week on not much news.

To me this means Mobico's new low is 23p...and that remaines bargain territory.

The US Iran war is over and a peace deal will soon be announced. Ships in the strait will be released and the back-up of oil production will be moved quickly. The transport sector will be the biggest beneficiary, airlines, and stocks like Mobico. Next stop for Mobico will be 27p to 31p.

I for one cannot wait for Mobico's RNS as it will show German contract agreed, and the updated forcast will be very favourable indeed. Once this RNS is released, expect an uplift of circa 10%, followed by 2-3% per day over the next few days as the market, investors, analysts, and commentators realise that Mobico's leadship team are creating a clear and present turn-around business that is firmly underpinned by sales growth (across all markets), margins and effective cost management, and is fully backed by all its lenders and stakeholders.

Mobico is a clear and present turnaround company in play. Mobico's share price will continue to follow suit.
