RE: Holding8 May 2026 16:37
@Carrot13 As usual, you make up your own narrative to try to save face.
I did retain a smaller holding. I call it as I see it. I call ahead of time, not after it. Hence, besides my prediction that JD Sports will rise from 65-69p on the back of its results, I also predicted 75-77p within a few days of the results. All of which came to pass. Given 75-77p was achieved today - and the prospect of 77p was remote - I sold the remainder of my holding. You obviously did not read my post yesterday when I stated my two sales. It's all there and if you cross-check the timing of my two posts with the timings of those two trades, you will see all is correct. I did not bother to state my sales today, as they were all in smaller tranches. I am very happy with my profits in quick time, and I will celebrate with a glass or two tonight.
Yesterday you sold JD Sports for a mere .70p. Then today you wished for it to rise to £1.50! Comedy gold! That tells me, your average buy price is circa £1.25. Good luck with you wish (aka dream) of £1.50 in this current economic climate under Labour.
On your other point, where were you when a couple of posters on the JD discussion board pointed others to there 'investment' stocks elsewhere recently? I called them out. Not a word from you...just radio silence. No surprise there. You have no substance.
Good luck to all other JD Sports shareholder (...Carrot13 excepted of course). Lol
