While the communication was allegedly put out by managers (I haven't seen it from them) it didn't actually state what the changes were. This was not a proposal put forward to the union.

@ rag123. So about 1.5% unconsolidated this year and 1.5% next year. RPI is 3% and predicted to rise to 3.6% end of financial year. So less than half the rate of inflation. OH GOODY!! Count me out.
