No sorry if the SPC was signed off today and that is an if then the RNS has to be at latest tomorrow morning. If he is waiting for letter or document in person why? We have fax we have scanners get the original copy emailed through and use that as proof of posting an RNS. Maybe it will come out tonight nothing that says an RNS can only come at 7am maybe the RNS writers are in London and therefore operating on UK time. Mind you MB would need to approve it and it is way past his bed time that means it may need to wait till the morning. If this share is left to its own devices through this week it could plummet. But cynical guess is that he is waiting to inform his friends quietly that it has arrived and we will see a series of big buys come in in advance and i am waiting for these as a signal. Not Monday this share will free fall if we do not have something by tomorrow morning.

Absolutely not another hole in the ground till we get this sorted it would be ridiculous. I still think it is coming and somehow MB needs to give us some news the problem is that the MG does not see this as an issue and they need to be made aware of this but i think they probably have several times. And if you protest too much it sounds desperate.

Does any one know if we were discussed in todays cabinet meeting or not. The problem is we are doing a lot of research coming up with very little and trying to make 2+2 add up to what number we want it to add up to because we have nothing else to do. Yet another shareholder who wished he had sold out a major chunk at 7p i could buy back now and still keep a healthy profit.

My only comfort is that MB must still be comfortable with this otherwise with SP drop and remember we had that bonus issue to staff just a few days ago and i doubt if that would have happened unless he knew this was coming to fruition. It cannot have been all based on 20% CoS on Raptor if that is really what the chances are. I think the chances are far higher than that but MB just being very prudent about it.

Unless thing are different in Mongolia cabinet meetings no more than a couple of hours as ministers have a job to do. So if we are discussed maybe hear something tomorrow because of the time difference

As a matter of interest why are you so negative and don't give me that cr*p about wanting people to know the down side. We are not complete idiots and know the risks involved with any AIM share. It is all one educated gamble. I and a lot of others know that and in this case we believe the upside far out weighs the down.

I am just wondering by now i would have expected a RNS on the spud of V1 if not the details behind it all then the actual spud date. I think the reason is that MB knows the LP is imminent. He was forced into putting out that last RNS by our investigation into a not very well kept secret regarding PM Energy and the IoM meeting otherwise this share would have gone up down like mad through May into June waiting for this news to come. I believe that we are going to hear this week i hope Thursday otherwise why delay the news on V1 information that would ge the SP moving. GLA ATB

Sometime the SP really confuses me. We have 2.5m more buys than sell but SP is down 9.4% unless there was some very late activity after the bell.

I think if we went around shouting abuse at the MG and calling everyone all kind of names would not help matters and all that ahppens is they find of away of moving us off the agreement for breach of terms and then give it to someone else ie PC and then we are f**ked. Afraid it is the disadvantage of being small voice in a larger gathering.

Hamm to a certain degree you are right if we were BP or Shell or one of the other giants then i reckon this would have been sorted but because we are a small AIM company with absolutely no clout or leverage but then we have the potential of a massive down side where everything would already have been factored in if we were one of the majors. No, I am afraid we are not in a position to go round telling MG what to do as much it may make us feel better. This is if you like one of the risk factors that small aim holders have to be wary of go by your gut instinct. Mine tells me this is still happening but when is anyones guess.

Must admit i was expecting a RNS this morning not regarding the LP but regarding the spudding details of Raptor, I wonder if MB is holding off on this because he is expecting news regarding LP and wants that to come in first. Maybe i am just clutching at straws.

I go along with week commencing 12th and would be better all round as it gives that tiny bit longer for the LP to drop before we hit TD if of course it is done by then.

I have a feeling that next week is going to be a very interesting and exciting week. Hopefully it will be good for the share price.

And especially if we hit at Velociraptor then watch.

The grant of options i believe was to the staff not MB that i am telling you will come later then you can moan.

I hope you are wrong but have a fear you maybe right. But you are assuming that the refinery will be finished on time i doubt it. Personally i need this share to do something by May of next year. Not much but something.

You are right the long term is very exciting and could be massive when we get to hear them but as you say LP first. As to sounding like children from the back seat asking are we nearly there the answer is yes we are but the driver told us we were nearly there over 6 months ago and still we are driving. If you were still driving after 6 hours you would admit you were in a traffic jam or had got lost. In this case i think it is a bit of both we are in a jam but at same not entirely sure which way to go. In which case i think the child has a point.

Sounds like a great plan and idea but at the moment that is all i see. A whole lot of ideas and very little cohesion. You need to learn to walk first before you can run the reason is very simple because if you run first you will not get very far before you collapse. ATM what Mongolia needs is some clear leadership and must admit from afar i do not see it. The latest debacle with the LP moving to the MMHI is the latest. A good leader would have foreseen this being an issue and given it to this department in first place or told the MMHI to get off their high horse as if they wanted it they should have taken it in the first place. This is management by committee and all you get from that is a mess. ATM we have a whole lot of people who have read whole lot of business text books and no idea how to implement them. So WOS save you grand schemes of what PM will become what is more important is what we want to become now and that is an exploiter of oil. This needs a firm hand and a strong leader not one who is prepared to let everyone have a go. IT is what i once described as Autocratic Democracy. AD is when everyone has a say but at the end you all do what i say you do or in this the leader makes the decision. If you do not like making decisiions then do not become a leader. LP first then start moving bit by bit to making PM and Mongolia into a multifaceted company as you describe. LP now not sometime in June but this week.

Can anyone enlighten me on what happens in the following scenario. We spud V1 very shortly and say after 150-200 metres we hit oil and the sweet spot.

Do We a) Stop drilling v1 and announce that we have found what we believe to be a substantial find (hopefully) and move on to V2 thus saving time and money ( i think)

b) Carry on drilling and not saying a word to find out how deep and wide the well might be and then announce what we have found on the prescribed date.

Would be nice to know what people would expect and also was thinking that someone should keep a close on the Mongolian Stock Exchange and also ours for unusual size buys as although meant to be a tight drill I have a feeling news will out in this form unintentionally.

Inorder for the train to leave the station it has to be in it in the first place on that bit i am just not convinced by. i think the train is coming from a different station via a different route and we have no idea of arrival.
