If the new company were to do with oil they would use Oil in title not Energy.

This is something new and nothing to do with oil. Two reasons if it were to do with oil Petrovis would have something to say and anyway Petrovis have demonstrated they march to the beat of the Mongolian Govt drum by not kicking up a fuss about the very late delay in the LP.

No this is something completely different either a kind of Consultancy Arm to help foreign countries/companies coming into Mongolia as to how to manage and cope with the intricacies of Mongolian Law work methods and traditions or It is another Renewable Energies initiative other than solar panels. Or better still something for Gas exploration.

But IMO it is nothing to do with oil or PC or anything like that but it is new and it is exciting otherwise just set it up by zoom would make everything a lot cheaper a lot more straight forward. When it is announced this will give the SP a real boost and at the moment i do not think that MB is worried about SP too much in the short term. He knows what is coming and a very good idea that it is going to make 6/7 p a very small number in relatively short period of time. The M of A is always wide written and almost deliberately vague so that companies can handle almost anything they want with out having to go back to a vote for changing from tea to coffee so to speak.

So to sum up and please correct me if i leave something out or get something wrong.

We have Heron wating for the LP and ready to exploit at any moment.

Potential deal with DQE ready to go on Heron once we to get LP. Question is how many wells.

We have Velociraptor ready to explore this year and if we find oil ready to exploit very rapidly. But only 20%CoS.

We have a joint Venture agreement waiting to be announced with SunStreppe re renwable energy.

We now have anew JV company set up PM Energy Ltd what it will do we do not know yet and i would venture this is not a speculative venture but something that is going to happen and be big when it does. Speculative you would not throw money at like this you would do it on the phone or the internet. You do not fly Ministers, CEO's and Co Secs all the way from Mongolia to IoM (not just London) unless you know this is likely to be big.

All these come through or even just a couple of them 6/7p will look a very pale shadow in the mirror very shortly.

Iamrich i really hope that you are right and i am wrong but it seems too quiet from Eco woman for my liking unless of course she has no idea that central government are signing this off.

I hate to put a downer on this but i have this horrible feeling there is no LP yet. My reckoning is it has been kicked down the road again back to the local branch who are terrified of "Eco Woman". The politicians being politicians are scared witless of upsetting local populace, same the world over. As far as i can tell eco woman has been remarkably quiet recently otherwise i think we might have heard.

The other reason is that if it had been awarded i think MB would have arranged for a copy to faxed or scanned to him and that would be enough to guarantee putting out an RNS i would have thought.

For the first time today i have looked at the trades and thought to myself that looks like a sea of blue yet the SP has fallen today by almost 3.7%. So i double checked with the fundamentals and that is showing 0.5m sells and 3.0m buys that is a big difference and yet the price is down. Sometimes i get seriously confused on the stock market.

I have heard that there are two raptor wells due to be drilled but i believe only one drill. So if it is one monnth is that one month for both wells ie finish 5th July or is that one month for each drill finish around the middle of August give or take a day or so.

Can someone remind me please but how long is it expected to drill Velociraptor. Some where in my mind i have a month. Does that 28 days or 30 days including weekends or 28 working days so to speak. So if we spud Velociraptor in or around about the 5th June we would be unlikely to get news before 5th July.

The other question is this would be get the news full stop at that point but surely they would know if they had hit oil much earlier so would an early RNS say if they struck oil on or around 2.5 weeks into drill would they announce it straight away or wait till the final TD. Being price sensitive i would they would announce.

Are we certain or as certain we can be this is it. Another flight up the wrong path would be catestrophic for the SP. Please do not get me wrong i much appreciate all the intel but last time PM was never mentioned from i could tell and this time it seems to be talk around PC. GLA and let us hope this is final obstacle in the road.

No you are absolutely right WOS this can only come when official document is signed sealed and delivered. Hopefully if our intel is accurate it comes tomorrow morning.

I think something is up all of the sudden from about 10.00am our time for 17.00 Mongolian time there has been a sea of blue. Admittedly not really big buys but decent nonetheless. It is either as Master said action at last or it is merely a market correction feeling the SP had gone too low. I would hope that if this is positive MB will give us an update this afternoon even if is only to say he has been told but is awaiting the original and please MB do not worry about getting half dozen bits of info into same RNS just the one will do thanks.

WOS are they pieces fitting together genuinely or are they pieces you would like to see fit together and therefore create a scenario in which they all do fit together. I really hope you are right with your prediction but a lot of people myself included get together all bits of information and make them fit together rather than have the pieces fit themselves together.

WOS you may well be right but what happens if we do spud Raptor and reach TD before the LP arrives and the raptor turns up a duster. What happens to the SP will there be a placing and at what price. And would the LP when it arrives be seen as genuine or an attempt to keep us happy. These are all issues which need to be considered. And all depends on when the LP is received and we have been waiting nearly 6 months and counting.

OK i understand you now you are one of those CEO who blinkered to the present and sold on the rose tinted future. I have been left with trying to pick up the pieces from this kind of CEO too often. The other thing and you can call me a cynic if you like i reckon US Business Study course has an off campus course in how to defraud your shareholder and get away with it. So something promised by a PM and MPram i am like to treat with a degree of scepticism.

I spent my life as an accountant with my head firmly in the present as well as looking forward. I can see the future being very bright here for everyone but not until the LP arrives. The downside is obvious and needs to be considered and recognised. No LP, Raptor comes up a duster and SP plummets plus need for further placements. My investment goes same way it did with Bahamas and too much believing what the company is telling me.

The upside is also very possible. LP lands we spud Raptor and hit black gold renewables comes on stream and new company if it is ones grows rapidly. We could easily get to 50p per share.

WOS I will be happy when we get the LP until then i have to consider plan B and Plan C in my investment tactic here as if we spud the raptors before we get the LP then Plan A rapidly goes up in smoke or potentially if it does not arrive well before we reach TD. I have no intention of being in here with my full holding come TD and is just a matter of when i get out and how.

I know you do and i believe in it as well but let us be clear on the order of things.

The LP is first and foremost the most important thing of the lot. How can we form a company saying we can help manage a new business way through the mire of spaghetti of legal niceties when we have been waiting for what has been promised for the best part of 6 months now.

It is the order of these things that is wrong and would send out the wrong message to everyone. Shareholders like us who are wanting to invest in any overseas companies, any overseas banks lending money on the back of this so called co-operation with the Mongolian Government and also potentially us in being a partner in the lie (if it is a lie) the potential impact that would have on the SP of Pm itself.

Just for once WOS take your ramping hat off and use that brain you have. This LP has to come very quickly before that company starts to operate otherwise as far i can see operating under a fraudulent pre-text that PM can manage its way around the legalities of Mongolian Law.

Personally WOS if that company is set up and tries to do a share placement before we get the LP that is the time this company should get reported to the authorities of here as being a scam company.

Seriously how can MB get into bed with the MG by means of forming a company together if that is indeed what they have done before getting the LP absolutely secured and not just vaguely promised. It would be an obvious Ponzi scheme.

This is very exciting especially if we get this confirmed shortly with an RNS however let us not forget that without the LP we are just another exploration company. Admittedly one that is potentially sitting on a transformational field but still only at 20 CoS.

I do not know about others but without the LP this would change the whole of my investment strategy.from one where i am in vested iin a company able to exploit oil to one that is just looking for oil. IMO one is an investment the other is a gamble with 5/1 odds. Not much different from a horse racing punter reading the form and deciding 5/1 are good odds or not. The SP will rise and will probably reach double figures before TD as an exploration company but without the LP there is little or no foundation to the share if it comes with pure dust. Also the finances would come into question as to how long and how much of the 12m we have left if any after the drill.

I still believe the LP is coming but i reiterate we would be stupid to spud the raptor without the LP it would be a blind leap in the dark. For me this is stark reality not a ramp or a deramp just plain obvious black and white. GLA

It is not often that i agree with BP and most of the time disagree but on this one i think he is partly right. Whilst i do tend to agree that unless the next RNS mentions something positive about the LP this share will drop back. We have been promised constantly for longer than my brain cells can remember that the LP is imminent or very shortly. and yet there is no sign of it. Please if someone from PM is monitoring this board can we ask MB to give us an update as to exactly where we are and not have to rely on blatant rampers to keep telling us next week or imminent and also get the derampers out of the picture. All of them ie both sides are clouding and muddying the waters.
