When the new 69p shares are added on Fri does it weigh down on the average share price if people haven't exercised their rights or bought the shares recently ex rights? So all their holdings would reduce immedietely? Or is it the case that the price stays as it is for now (other than normal market factors) but one has to adjust the expectations of how high the price will go in the future now that dividends would be spread around more shares?

Actually I got that wrong...From what HL graph it looks like it peaked at 617 and now is around 126. But after the 9 for 4 shares increase would the peak pre-covid equivelent price now be around 200? On an earnings per share basis

From what I can tell once the share dilution from the rights issue is taken into account it will no longer be around 615p as the high point pre covid and the equivalent would be more around 280 - 300p.

Hi all, just came across this share for the first time...I'm just wondering does the chart on HL that's saying it was around 600 pre-covid versus 130 today take into account all the dilution from the rights issues? Is that why it differs from google? Or is there futher dilution that means an equivalent pre-covid price would now be below 600?

I see what your saying however tbh I think the nightlife industry as a whole can't work long term with any form of social distancing. The only reason people go out is to be around lots of people that's the whole point of a night out. However I am optimistic the virus will die out sooner than people think and social distancing will die with it.
Ultimately young people will start to rebel at being told they can't go out and dance for a virus which for the under 25's has killed 28 out of 17 million people and if they aren't allowed they will go to raves and parties instead and so the country is missing out on tax revenue and having to make furlough payments therefore hopefully the gov will see sense.

Thanks for your reply. I am just interested, if the shareholders see it has a bad deal and too much dilution, might it not be voted down at the general meeting later this month?

Hi I'm a newbie, just had a question if someone could help. I bought some revs shares below 20p (though also annoyingly topped a few up at 35p). I bought them on Hargreaves Lansdown. Was just wondering how we go about buying the discounted 3 for 5 held? And when this would have to be done by? Cheers
