Yes but they covered themselves in the accounts by stating the material uncertainty re going concern. Cash spent on admin costs (not relating to RTO) in 6m to June was £1.1m - there was reference made to approx £2.4m of origination fees achieved by September so that covers just over a year, so unless they’ve done extremely well with more origination fees in Q4, I’m thinking things might be tight? I admit I don’t know what debt facilities are available...

I’m inclined to agree Rocky and if it comes back without any particular rns to explain the suspension then that will be the case, FCA have looked, deem everything fine and TW is full of it. The suspension will hopefully have worked in favour to the company, giving them more time to finally sort out funding (I reiterate that this would be a happy side effect though, not at the choice of AZ). The involvement of people such as Susanna and other respectable organisations are what gave me comfort on this investment too btw. If SH still isn’t sorted by that time then some shareholders may think enough is enough and sell, others will keep the faith. Whatever effect on SP will reflect that, not these discussions.

Option 3 is of course a possibility - if the co is insolvent then I believe (not stating fact, just my understanding) that would be a reason for fca to maintain the suspension. In this case funding will either be SH/other backers, or it will be a placing which shareholders will have to vote on. Either of these scenarios will obviously significantly affect the share price and whatever has been posted in the debates here will be irrelevant.

Newinvestor if you are genuine then I’m sorry for your situation, but keep in mind that anyone here holding shares will also be at risk of losing them as well, it’s not just you and lots of people will have a lot more than £5k at stake (all relative of course). Anyone who I claims to be 100% confident about the outcome of the current situation is either stupid or a liar, and those feeling a little uncomfortable probably aren’t willing to admit this and are lashing out at you instead.

You’ve learnt a valuable lesson even if it all comes good. Do your research but more importantly assess the risk and ensure it sits comfortably with you. Shares with potential massive upside like this one come with massive risk, that is simply fact. Also there will plenty of well researched investors who get things wrong sometimes.

As for all the stuff about deramping and causing a crash on restoration - if that happens then he fundamentals of the business remain the same and the sp will come back and soar and those believing in it will reap the rewards.
