Agree Shaun - I’ve said before it’s almost as if for all the proclamations of transparency they try and make it as opaque as possible!

That’s sadly going to be a ‘hangover’ problem from covid as well Earth. Many people who were what I might call ‘minimally active’, maintaining some level of fitness through daily movement despite no specific exercise have virtually stopped moving altogether and the deconditioning they will experience will be a shock and a huge disadvantage if they become ill. Childhood obesity is also going to be horrendous.

It’s a factor Kaeren, no doubt, but there are so many other reasons that might take years (if ever) to really unravel. Population age, density, ethnic mix, international travel hub, latitudinal position and vitamin D and of course government actions and general adherence to restrictions....also we may not be comparing like with like by country in how we are counting covid deaths.

Porky I’m confused by your conclusion that the platform to test for new variants announced today by MH is the Samba...the ES article is from April last year and no specific reference is made to manufacturer in the article released today (unless I’ve missed something?)

I think he means end of the week as in as late as possible to get more of a rise prior, rather than sooner :)

Pete the only reason for suspension would be if there had been a leak of price sensitive information leading to the rise, the stock would be suspended until an rns is issued so that all such information is in the public domain. Suspension does not happen just because there is a big rise, even on no news (though company may announce that there is no reason that they are aware of for the rise).

Isn’t there an argument to say that even if revenues are £210m, if there is enough information in the update to support the future revenues of the company, a higher P/E (more appropriate to the sector) might then be attributed so that SP will rise without exceeding 2020 expectations?

Nordell oh **** indeed. We are winning on so many fronts though-most deadly and most transmissible strain of the virus in the world, most deaths per capita. The only bingo box we can’t cross off is the most resistant to vaccine, so there is a sliver of light..can we please just close the border completely for a while to non residents and land freight please?
