This is my take on what NM meant by multiple exit points. Cascabel will be sold either piecemeal or more likely in total which will generate more funds for exploration across Ecuador ( so no more dilution) plus a very juicy special dividend for shareholders! Then as NM states he will use this as a blueprint across the other 22 copper / gold porphyry systems so rinse and repeat with multiple special dividends paid over several years as each target is drilled, proved and sold.

Pads - NM said there would be multiple exit points for investors and at a guess I would say this dovetails nicely with the strong possibility of multiple Tier 1 discoveries IMHO

Sav - Great info and thanks for sharing Re point 3 this doesnt surprise me as JW talked some weeks ago about an MRE update in 3 months which came as a surprise to most as this would put it back to late June or early July. Plus since then they have confirmed drilling to start at Trivino and Aggy looks like she will reveal her true value in the next few months. To me it makes sense that when the update lands it makes the market sit up and really take notice! Much better showing a doubling of the high grade core plus overall tonnage which has the potential to provide impetus for an upward SP rerating as opposed to more frequent updates adding small additions to the resource and ultimately failing to excite the market and becoming a bit like wallpaper!

Think the meaning is all based around the SP at the time of the first bid coming in ( see below analyst comment) The writers view is that at the time of a take out particularly with multiple bidders we are expecting to see a 30/50% premium at the time of the first bid. So with a possible doubling of the resource in the next MRE update plus Aggy / Trivino we could see the SP north of 50p maybe in the 60�s. So then the first bid is made and price goes up by around 40% to 85p which is just the start of the bidding and hopefully with multiple parties wanting a piece of the pie this will propel the SP above �1. All conjecture of course but this is my take on things. This of course would just be for Alpala/Aggy/Trivino/Moran or maybe for Cascabel in total but wouldn�t be anywhere near enough for Solg as a whole which I�m sure NM wouldnt let go unless it was for multiples of the above figures.

Don�t know whether I�m alone in this but have had major problems trying access the LSE boards today. Either very very slow or just wouldnt load as timed out! Strange because on my mobile I havent experienced the same problem as on my iPad. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue today?

So having run off with his tail (Wolfs of course) between his legs because he wasn�t managing to manipulate the good people on our forum to his point of view he pops up on Fund Manager peddling his glass half empty view of Solg. As I have stated before he is much more subtel than the usual deramping gang but there in lies the danger as he cleverly tries to come across as pro Solg whilst at the same time highlighting as many hurdles / pitfalls as he can without raising too much suspicion about his true objectives! Wolf in Sheeps clothing is how I described him and having read his post on FM my view hasnt changed and if anything has been re-enforced IMHO

Scrat - Not too sure about planting the veg patch lol :) but I have been pondering a few car brochures recently. Ahhhhh well can but dream but maybe one day I will get the keys to one of those iconic cars driven by Jeremy Clarkson :)
