Don't think it's a fair point about no interest at 22p? Not sure about the exact price Black Rock paid but it was in the low twenties and they bought tens of millions! Now given we are talking about one of the largest institutional investors on the planet I think saying there has been no interest at 22p is somewhat disingenuous not to mention downright misleading! But then again we are talking about bottom crawler Jimi Boy who thankfully I have on permanent filter so I don't have to read his utter garbage which he posts on here! One day and probably in the not too distant future the SP will move upwards reflecting the true value of Solgs finds in Ecuador and when that day comes I will gladly unfilter Jimi Boy and ram the price down his scrawny little throat!!! Ahhhh that's so much better having got that off my chest :)

The beauty of selling just Alpala / Cascabel - whether that be for £2.50 per share or £1.25 and not withstanding the funding dilution which will inevitably happen if we take it as far as Development - is that we still have all those other exciting prospects to explore and with money in the bank it would mean no more dilution and potentially several more handsome pay days for shareholders as we prove up the resources before selling to highest bidder and moving onto the next target. Gravy Train springs to mind and based on NMs comments there would appear to be lots of gravy to mop up across Ecuador and Solg are in prime position to do it!

For me personally the most telling statistic regarding value was the chart in the paradigm report ( page 8) which clearly highlighted the huge difference in valuation of a prospective mine from PEA stage through to Production and showed how the average SP at PEA stage would increase by 5 fold once the mine reached the development stage and 6 fold at production.

Also worth noting that the same analyst valued Solg at 50p and that was several months ago before the prospect of increasing the resource by 50%!

So using the above figures we could maybe expect an SP in the region of 50p once the revised MRE / PEA is published but if we take Alpala to the development stage in around 2 to 3 years we could expect something in the region of £2.50 per share and neither of the above assume a bidding war just plain and simple value based on what we find and where we are in the mining cycle.

Therefore my preference would be to take Alpala as far as we can to extract the maximum value as I would much prefer to wait a couple of years to realise £2.50 per share than sell early next year for around 50p. For me personally that would be a difference of £1.35m so a bit of patience will pay handsomely and really is either jam this year or next or caviar in a few years time and the latter wins hands down!

With you on the potential for juicy dividends DG1. The good news is whichever way this goes ie:- Full takeover / Partial sale of proved up tenements to rinse and repeat / or taking to production. Shareholders will be handsomely rewarded! It really is win win win whichever path NM takes. So my advice to anyone with any shares in Solg is to hold onto your golden tickets and enjoy the ride as one day you will wake up to an RNS which will be life changing.

Fair comment Unic. I have always liked the rinse and repeat strategy so if we sell Alpala for £1 in H1 2019 with a special divi for shareholders and funds to develop the other 10 top targets NM has referred to then happy with that especially if we ultimately end up with several Alpalas along with the accompanying special divis! Nice, very nice!

Don’t disagree Unic. However the real question is not if Alpala/ Cascabel is bought but WHEN as NM knows only to well that the further down the mining cycle he can take this the bigger bang for bucks we will all get! So for me personally if this means another fund raise to take it as far as Development so in 2 or 3 years we see an SP more in the region of £2.50 this is more preferable than a quick sale next year for 60p to £1. Guessing we’ve all got different views on this topic but whichever way it eventually unfolds we will all make a tidy sum of money :)

Very interesting Goldenveg and thanks for posting. The most interesting chart is on page 8 where the average in ground value attributed to a find when it’s at the PEA stage is around 6 times less than when the mine is operating. So if I am reading this right does it mean that Paradigms current valuation of 50p will potentially move to around £3 per share if and when we get to production? And of course this is based on early resource results which now look like they were understated and could increase by at least 50% so even more potential SP upside? Would appreciate your take on things. Thank you!

Aggy is starting to reveal her true potential and we have only scratched the surface. Love the bit about it providing the early mill fead for the project while Alpala progresses - Very exciting!!

Aguinaga drilling is progressing with hole 7 under way. Hole 6 intersected strongly mineralised early diorite intrusion, with visual estimates of over 3% Chalcopyrite mineralisation, from 30m below surface. Hole 6 is located near the summit of Aguinaga hill and lies approximately 400m SSE of mineralisation discovered in previous drill holes. Hole 7 has thus far intersected 67m of visual copper sulphide mineralisation from 55m below surface. Â

Drilling now demonstrates a vertical column to the mineralising system of more than 700m, a width of up to 350m, along a 400m length. The drilling program at Aguinaga is in its early stages. As drilling progresses, the geometry and extent of mineralisation is becoming more apparent. The evolving near surface potential at Aguinaga, coupled with strong propylitic alteration encountered along the bottom 150m of hole 1 provides strong potential for ongoing discoveries through further drilling. Â

The scope for a significant near surface copper-gold deposit at Aguinaga may prove beneficial as early mill feed for the project whilst the main Alpala Decline progresses towards the initial extraction levels at the Alpala Deposit.

My best guess 1.7bn tons @ 0.7% with high grade core of 550mt @ > 1.5%

Fishboy - I'm guessing but suspect its because last year we were on AIM with no requirement to notify shareholders of such transactions whereas now we are listed on the main market there are many more rules and regs on what you need to report?

Just to reiterate what I’ve previously said, I believe the next resource update we get will be contained within a PEA. As others have rightly observed the thing which will really move the SP is confirmation that we have an economically viable mine so IMO the only way to truely light the touch paper is a PEA which would contain both the latest resource update as well as some of the key financials which major institutions want to see before they really start to pile into Solg! So my guess is no stand alone MRE but a PEA in July or August followed by a PFS in Jan or Feb 19.

IMO once confirmed in a resource update this will firmly put to bed any lingering doubts about economic viability and perhaps we might even get some positive comments from AG lol.

You really are something else SH calling NM a snake in the grass! It would be laughable if it wasn’t such a serious accusation. You were and still are obsessed with the whole dilution issue even though it has been pointed out to you many times that Solg don’t have a revenue stream so to keep the drill bits turning dilution was almost inevitable outside of a sensible offer from a major which was never going to happen with so little resource proven. And as for your Ronin fan club? Not sure why you seem so defensive of this individual unless there is more to this than meets the eye? And smartest guy in the room - now you really are deluded not to mention egotistical. It’s funny isn’t it that recently when Ronin and Co were under a lot pressure and criticism up you popped to lend your support and today was a good blue day with posters observing how positive it had been on the board and surprise surprise up you pop to poor cold water over the positive sentiment! By your own admission you are currently out of Solg and yet you are on here spouting your views without any skin invested - rich by anyone’s standards!
