Our new chairman’s credentials are simply stellar and when you consider that he is now Neo’s chairman this makes his appointment all the more remarkable! His appointment along with the other recent board appointments demonstrate in deeds not words that Neo is on a journey to become a completely different company to what it was previously! Neo will transition from a junior mining explorer with little assets / resources to an actual miner with significant assets and resources valued in the multi billions! For me personally this is the opportunity I have been seeking to transform my life but more important at my age the lives of my children and grandchildren. IMHO it’s a once in a blue moon chance to make huge personal wealth and I’m fully on board for the journey ahead which is going to be one hell of a ride!! GLA.

Holy Bat S£it! Is it any wonder that nothing moves at speed in the UK or for that matter any other so called western economies! Taking the population as a whole who really gives a to££ about preserving what happened a century ago when jobs and prosperity are on offer in the here and now! Is it any wonder that western economy’s are lacking critical minerals when there are so many organisations ready to object based on a whole plethora of what are in effect minority views around habitat or historical considerations! We have a major problem with planning applications in the UK not just with projects like SML’s but also simply building houses! We urgently need to cut all the red tape and just get on with it! Personally I am sick to death of hearing from all of these fringe groups who object to anything which in anyway resembles progress! Apologies all for the rant but needed to get this off my chest!

IMO the two biggest catalyst's which will help propel Neo's value northwards are centred around the Beisa mine license which SS are due to relinquish shortly ( before 6th June) followed by confirmation from the mining minister that Neo has taken over this license ( due latest by 6th December but could come at anytime June to Dec)

These two events will massively de-risk Neo as an investment case and should make a fundamental difference to its market value.

Yes and very soon we are going to be mining there for gold and uranium with a reserve valued in the billions but with a current market cap of only about £25m! The value disconnect is simply staggering and sometime very soon the market is going to wake up to this and every man and his dog is going to be falling over themselves to buy into Neo but for many it will be too late as the train will have left the station! Neo has multi multi bagger written all over it and I’m so glad I’m in big and early for what I’m sure will be a life changing investment! GLA

Regarding the issue of SS and their eventual holding in NEO, it’s as clear as mud but guessing it will get some firm clarification at some point!

But agree with your hope that we all get rich and then we can all celebrate with a few shandies!

Kodak - With all due respect no one is panicking and trying to compare the new board to the previous one which would be like comparing chalk to cheese! Ironically the information you are quoting is from the old board which has since been clarified by the new team as out of date and incorrect. SS will have between 15 to 18% of the total share equity issued which has been communicated by our CEO.

Based on Allthatguff’s reply from the company and the comment made by Theo during the AGM it seems that SS won’t have a holding in NEO of 40% but instead it will be between 15 - 18%. Clearly this has caused a lot of confusion which I suspect has resulted in incorrect results from AI searches! So going forward I’m assuming SS will be able to maintain their holding when new shares are issued at whatever their current % is between 15 to 18% and not 40%. To be clear this is my understanding based on what I heard at the AGM and the clarification received by ATG.

Personally I think this issue warrants further clarification by the board perhaps with a percentage breakdown of NEO’s major shareholders which would clear up any confusion and being frank this is something I would be expecting them to communicate quite frequently within their corporate presentations. ATG - Many thanks for taking this up and getting a response from the company. Apologies if I'm being a bit slow but does this mean that with "SS's stake FALLING to the stated number" it's therefore in the region of the 15 to 18% verbally referred to at the AGM?

Personally SS having only 15 to 18% would be preferable than 40%! There is a huge disparity between these figures which needs clarifying by Neo. Does anyone have a line into someone at Neo who could clarify this point?

In short Cev I can’t be ar£ed! My investments in FTSE blue chips are primarily income plays and the idea that anything I post could enlighten or provide words of wisdom to other posters about a company which is a household name is for the birds!

I did however make an error before when I stated that I don’t post on boards outside of AIM listed companies as I do post on the NEO board which is a FTSE main listing but it’s strictly an exception as in many ways it is very similar to AIM listings with a market cap less than £30m with no income at present and an SP of only 1p. And of course one of my previous investments “Solgold” started on AIM but then moved to a main FTSE listing where I continued to post.

Aside from all this I do have a life outside posting on these boards and if I were to post on all the shares I was invested in I would probably end up with piles from all the sitting in front of my screen! :) :)

Yes it's a bit annoying given that just prior to close we were sitting between 1.05 and 1.08 with some decent trades in the 000's but in the closing auction only 40 shares were traded at 1.00 which meant we ended flat on the day! Never mind tomorrow is another day. Onwards and upwards!

Cev - Just because someone hasn’t posted about stocks outside AIM doesn’t mean they aren’t invested elsewhere. Taking myself as an example I’m invested in 7 FTSE 100 stocks in Banking, Insurance, Builders & Tobacco and over the years I’ve had many, many other main board stocks but the only BB outside AIM which I’ve ever posted on is Lloyds and that was many many years ago!

Not long to wait until 6th June when the SS Beisa disposal is due to be approved and based on what I heard at today’s AGM from Theo he seems quite confident this will go through as planned. I think following this confirmation we should see more investors piling into Neo as it is de-risked further, and then looking forward to what I see as THE major re-rate catalyst which will be ministerial approval of the sale of Beisa to Neo by 5th December. So much to be excited about here, just need a little patience while all the ducks are lined up and then next year IMO we should see a massive uplift in the SP as we move into production towards the end of the year!

I most certainly did! Really appreciate you sharing the broker note affc. It just reaffirms what I already suspected that Neo is hugely undervalued and when its true value is reflected in the SP everyone invested here will make an extremely handsome profit which in itself is a massive understatement! IMO very exciting times for Neo investors

I particularly liked this sentence from the broker note:-

“Neo Energy’s current enterprise value implies an in-situ valuation of its uranium resources of just US$0.15 per lb vs peers at c.US$14/lb”

So compared to its peers Neo’s enterprise value is currently undervalued by 9,333%! This demonstrates the massive disconnect between Neo’s resource value and the current SP! IMHO this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to make huge personal wealth but of course do your own research. GLA

London - The fair value of 14.9p is discounted down to 30% of the true value to reflect where Redmoor sits within the mining cycle with all the associated risks of not having a PFS with firmer metallurgical numbers, and eventually a DFS with bankable financials. Therefore if you extrapolate the 30% discounted figure up to 100% you get to 50p per share as a fully de-risked value once in production. And it's important to stress that this is based on a very very conservative Tungsten price and assumes zero growth of the resource.
