Risehall - My view which I have shared a couple of times is that we have moved on from updating the MRE and will instead incorporate an update on the resource within a PEA which I am hoping will be published by late summer followed by a PFS early in the new year. For me its now all about proving we have a financially viable mine and therefore an economic assessment followed up by a feasibility study is the game plan now and this takes a bit longer than simply reporting on the latest resource update IMHO. Think we just need a little more patience and we will all reap the benefits. GLALTH

Lots to like in this VT (apart from Anna’s delivery lol) but the bit I liked the most was reference to drilling At Trivino which they are expecting to yield over 1bn tonnes with a high grade core of around 200m tonnes. When added to what we have at Alpala not to mention Aggy and drilling to start at Tandy what is there not to like about Solg! Unfortunately some PIs are getting spooked by some of the negativity being spouted and perhaps a frustration that there hasn’t been an update to the MRE yet. For my part I think those selling now will live to regret their impatience. As I’ve stated previously I believe next stop is a PEA late summer followed by a PFS early in 2019 and then the fun and games start as the majors jockey for position!

Monte - I’m assuming your comments are directed at Sean not myself? Think if I read one his posts correctly Sean is now completely out of Solg sitting on sidelines weighing up if and when to buy back?

I fully understand why some especially SH may have concerns around further dilution but I firmly believe that NMs strategy is to go b##ls our drilling and proving up Alpala (plus a few holes in Aggy / Trivino to add extra value) so he can post a PEA by late summer followed by a PFS early next year as it’s only by proving a solid financial case that we will get fair value for the resource which in turn should help tease out interested majors into making a bid for Alpala / Aggy or maybe all of ENSA? As to what such an offer may be is anyones guess but for ease of maths lets assume bids push the price to £1 per share (circa £1.7bn) Cornerstone would take around 15% so 15p, and lets assume 65p is distributed to shareholders as a special divi (Very very nice indeed) this would leave 20% of the offer price ( around £350m) to be retained by Solg for future exploration proving up the other targets before selling to the majors. A perfect rinse and repeat model and the important take out is NO MORE DILUTION as with £350m in the bank NM could drill out all of the targets and sell them on without ever having again to resort to dilution! Of course this all hangs on the drill results from Alpala delivering sufficiently high tonnage and grades to make it wash its face financially which takes us back to the PEA / PFS and hence why I firmly believe this is Solgs strategy and why NM has said on many occasions there would be multiple exit points for investors. IMHO all we need is a bit more patience and by this time next year we will all be amply rewarded. GLALTH

Think we all guessed that Tiger lol. Pads main point is spot on irrespective of the missing 000s as the percentage figures remain the same so adding them together gives approx 75% meaning the free float is actually only 1/4!

From what I can gather his experience is in the Oil Industry so hopefully Rebeca will still be the person driving the Mining Agenda

Found the below which is interesting as it may mean that Rebeca Illescas will no longer be the Mining Minister from around the middle of August! As a result of the State's organizational measures and in order to reduce its size, in line with the austerity announced, on May 15, 2018 the President of the Republic issued Executive Decree N� 399, which provided for the merger of the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy, the Ministry of Mining and the Secretariat of Hydrocarbons into the Ministry of Hydrocarbons, to be renamed the "Ministry of Energy and Non-Renewable Natural Resources"1. These mergers shall be completed within 90 days. As a result of this presidential decision, the Ministry of Energy and Non-Renewable Natural Resources and its minister, Carlos P�rez-Garc�a, will have important responsibilities in the future development of Ecuador. Not sure if this means Rebeca will still oversee mining reporting to Carlos Perez-Garcia? Either way it seems the person in overall charge is Carlos so will be doing some research on his background as he will be very important to the Mining sector in Ecuador going forward! GLALTHs

Uni & Pads - Thanks guys couldn�t remember his full moniker but yes Kalbarri ( or variations on it) was the low lifer I was trying to recall and from recollection I think he was banned so hopefully if his latest reincarnation continues in the same way it will be banished back down the drain where he or she belongs! As at 12.35 today out of 48 posts 30 are from the pond life! Can�t blame the good folk who�ve given up posting because of the infestation from these muppets. But as the saying goes what goes around comes around and when the sale or t/o happens all of these low life�s will go scurrying back down the holes they came from!

Spot on StevieC. Replying only adds fuel to the fire giving them a platform to continue spouting their drivel. As Copperpot has said on many occasions starve them of oxygen buy not replying to their posts. No better way to wind them up than ignoring them completely!
