All today's RNS has done is tell shareholders that there is no deal in the offing as a result of their drawn out 'discussions'. If there was they wouldn't need to raise. It's that simple. So there will be nothing to get excited about if ratification comes through in the next few days.

There's no better way to keep the price down. They've just removed all the excitement for shareholders from this supposedly 'exciting time'.

No one but the board can answer that question.

We've been fed so much BS about discussions that I no longer believe a word Gooding says. If it happens, he probably won't even know about it

Yes, fingers crossed it leads to some actual value being added to the company at long last rather than the usual hot dry air.

Maybe they are waiting for ratification to reveal something that has already been agreed but it just doesn't make sense to me. It's like announcing that you're just starting talks again.

How much commercial advantage do you think you have when there is no money?

We've been under the impression that they were in long term discussions with 'partners' who were making conditions based on ODD. They said it was crucial for a deal.

Surely, the way to get commercial advantage is to strike a deal before you go talking to others. So that they know you're not about to run out of cash!

It would be even better timing to announce a deal with the partners they've said they've been in discussions since last year.

Because there is no sign of those partners yet.

The market is tired of hearing news on progress with no tangible value added. If a partner has been waiting for a year for ODD then they should come out and start helping to foot the bill for any further approvals.

Otherwise it just seems that the board is incapable of doing anything business oriented.

We need a deal, now

The next hurdle should closing a deal then FDA approval.

No more fundraisers to pay the bills. They need to add value.

That's precisely why it has gone boom...the news on deals is never anything but 'forthcoming'. It's been cheap for a long time.

It's high time that fundraisers stopped and deals were used to pay the bills instead.
