Even the HMS Nuformix ship's cat 🐈, Whimax, sounds like he might want answers.

ODD has been ratified for nearly 2 weeks and price has gone nowhere but down.

They embarked on partnership discussions over a year ago. ODD submission was planned wayv back then, why could a conditional deal not be thrashed out in all that time? They could have announced shortly after ratification

After seeing what we got for NXP001, I really don't feel the same way at all. I would like to see the share price soaring so that NXP002 is protected from going the same way.

That's why I want to see some tangible evidence of this partner progress.

It's interesting to note that the late October Times article Jiving shared mentioned a price of 8.25p and a valuation of circa £40m. At It's peak, the Nuformix share price was about 14p (I think that was around the November/December mark on the excitement of the deal) so assuming no change to issued shares in that time then the valuation would have been closer to £68m.

They had a few more irons in the fire back then but by my calcs that kind of valuation these days would give a share price around the 3.4p mark. A significant difference to current.

One has to wonder where that 'chatter' came from and whether it also helped to kill the deal...if there ever was one

Jiving, do you have a link to that draft deal with Kissei? I can remember lots of fuss about a 'Japanese deal' back in 2019 but never confirmation it was Kissei nor any reason given for it falling through.

It seemed to me to be just another example of the now familiar intangible smoke and mirrors "we're continuing talks with partners" loop that we have come to know and love.

I would love to be proved wrong.

Didn't Gooding himself say big pharma wouldn't be interested in repurposed drugs? So I'm not sure who the big deal is going to come from.

Dicko80 is absolutely bang on the mark. They have kicked the can down the road again for peanuts. The only beneficiaries are the day traders and CMC Markets.

Thought we'd at least be sitting on 0.2p after ratification. Didn't bank on the sp getting hijacked by kicking the can down the road again for another 3 months. Hoped we'd have a plan and some outside support by now

If they respond with a name of someone they have been talking too (even if it is no longer the case) or they give a firm deadline on when they expect to have a deal pinned down (they must surely know the conditios by now)...then you shall have my eternal respect Littlened.
