Whereas you must really enjoy failure to deliver and don't really want growth...we have just had ODD ratified and, despite apparently being engaged in discussions with 'partners' for the past year we are still stuck at .11p bid with continuing fund raising.

Why?

What will that achieve exactly, Littlened? Will they enlighten me with information that is not generally available to other shareholders? I don't want that, I want transparency for everyone so that all shareholders feel they are being treated fairly.

My criticism is based on bad decisions. As a general rule, if engaging with parties that want to remain anonymous, the best approach would be to agree to talk without closing the door to others by notifying the world that you're in discussions with them. That way shareholders and other potential partners won't get the wrong idea and think that things must be advancing just because it seems to havebbeen going on for so long if nothing meaningful is actually happening.

It's just common sense.

If we really own the company then how come they won't even tell us who they've been talking to for the past year and what those talks have actually achieved?

We don't know who the potential partners are.

We have no leverage at all while the world thinks that there are serious cozy discussions underway with an anonymous partner. That might might put other potential partners off. It's even worse if those discussions are floundering because the anonymous partner now wants more!

If the partners now want more than EMA ODD (i.e. FDA) then they should at least be willing to declare their open interest or put a stake in. They've had long enough to play things quietly. Why should Nuformix shareholders be penalised to protect 3rd party interests when they don't really seem to be interested in risking anything themselves. Why should we have to cough up for all the leg work if we don't see any value?

If Dan is now having to look for serious partners in the States because the ones he has been talking too so far don't want to play ball then maybe he should stop playing ball himself. Tell the world who they are and if it hasn't worked out, that we're no longer cosied up to them and we're open to serious contenders.

It looks like that is now being pushed as the case Waccamacca but why did they never mention FDA before? It's a shift of goal posts again. Another excuse not to deliver a deal that is really tangible.

Do you remember the initial boaed conversation around EMA ODD back in early 2024? How it was essential for a deal, should take 3 months etc.. Then timelines started to get dragged out. When did they actually get around to submitting it? How many fundraisers in between? So will the FDA be any quicker?

Gooding and his team have had plenty of time to get a deal in place on the back of ODD. It's time they delivered some real value that will protect these assets from predators and start delivering the kind of growth that will allow NXP002 to fulfil it's potential.

I don't doubt the product is marketable. The ODD backs that up. I'm just not sure that big pharma want us muscling in and I've seen no evidence that this part time board are capable of negotiating a deal that will change that.

The longer the price doesn't reflect the potential value of NXP002 the more at risk we are of it being snapped up at mates rates when the designation work is all done and the money runs out.

That's why real partners/investors are so important right now. It would be nice to have and update on how discussions over the last year have been going. They must have some outside interest by now. Why do the goalposts keep having to move?

The next big catalyst should have been a deal announcement on the back of ODD and the year long 'discussions' we've constantly been told were underway.

I've checked other entries on the EMA website and you appear to be correct about the use of compound names as opposed to specific products.

As for reason for no RNS, I can't see it being down to restrictions as the information has been public since last week.

Could be timing to offset flooding of 300m new shares onto the market on Friday though.

Why do you need to search for Tranilast? Shouldn't it be NXP002. I thought the ODD was for NXP002, not Tranilast. If Tranilast has ODD status and NXP002 then how is NXP002 specifically protected?

Also if ratified on 22/52025 then why no notification?
