"but your concerns are mostly speculative and don’t align with what the company has publicly stated."
NASA1, same goes for me. I completely respect your opinion and views and know nothing about what is to come. My concerns are based only on what I have seen.
To be fair, the company's public statements have also been mostly speculative and haven't yet aligned with many of the expectations that shareholders drew from them.
When NXP001 was announced as our most advanced asset (targeted at a CINV market worth hundreds of millions) for entry to phase 1, most shareholders never expected it would end up being side-lined and sold off for about £50k-£100k and a few measly milestones.
When they announced the NXP001 deal with Oxilio for cancer treatment, most shareholders expected us to retain the rights to continue to be able to develop NXP001 for our own use in CINV.
When they announced the deal with Oxilio, most shareholders thought we would get see some of those royalties (capped at £2m a year), which haven't yet materialised.
When they announced a £51m deal with Ebers, most shareholders didn't expect it to evaporate to nothing.
When they announced the Chinese NXP001 collaboration, most shareholders expected to get paid £2m that we were told we were owed.
Shareholders didn't expect the NXP004 blockbuster potential to be side-lined
When NXP002 ODD submission was made priority most shareholders expected ratification to quickly lead to a deal.
The list goes on.
If only they could deliver meaningful, tangible, lasting value on at least one thing that they have stated in the past, then all would be forgiven.
