If Jiving is right about Dan having a deal in his pocket now and it is just a matter of timing the announcement then there will be no need for them to raise any more funds before we get the FDA announcement.

If they try and raise funds before that, well that would be a concern.

They've been intimating that they have been in talks with with partners since early 2024 OSD...without tangible evidence.

Well, unfortunately, there is no red dot this morning OSD.

I did hope for a minute or two.

I thought it seemed a bit reckless for DG to make comments late on friday on social media about big deals along with nods and winks. However, that wouldn't be the case if they were able to drop an RNS this morning.

Why would he need to say anything that could put a deal at risk before it is formally announced? Particularly as the 'partners' have been so secretive about any form of disclosure so far.

We have no revenues, we do actually have an approved product, as for phase 1? I thought we'd given up on that dream a long time ago. Not sure how comparable that makes us.
