I don't use iWeb but I am still waiting for allocations to complete with one of my brokers.

I have shares with multiple brokers. One shows the allocation as merged. The others still show them as separate and on hold

So the submission was on 11th August. 90 days would have brought us to a decision point of around this week (when we got the notification that more info was required).

It just so happens that 2 weeks ago (28th October) we got the notification for the open offer. I don't know for sure but going on past form I'm going to assume that's when they really got the request for more info. It would also mean that the worst case scenario is that we still have 2 weeks on the clock (I think Soupdragon said the clock stops when the request is issued and starts again when the resonse is received)

They've said that the request is the same as one they received from the EMA and they will respond with the same data. That should be straight forward and should be something they could organise within a few days. Lets say they hadn't done it before they notified us on Tuesday. They should be able to do it by the end of today or at latest middle of next week? It is critically important, after all.

That means, if clock stopped 2 weeks ago, then it should start ticking again at least by next wednesday. Although if they only received the notification this week then there should be no time left on that clock and it should get processed immediately.

We should have FDA news in 2 to 3 weeks max, if it's not just more BS.

The LTH's are in...so no FOMO there. Just patiently waiting for the FDA decision and what comes after that.

I suspect there might be a few locked in P&D merchants though, getting a bit itchy about the recent pullback from .55p, no doubt. What do you reckon Smiler, would they be eager to encourage others to jump in to try an drive the price back up quickly? I'm not sure how these things work.

Sells exceeding buys but sp has just passed .5p. There must be a few delayed buys in the pipeline for that to hold up

When EMA ODD was granted on the 22nd May we didn't get a confirmation RNS of final ratification until the 29th. We actually got the RNS for the raise on the 22nd instead.

So, my point is you will get told if FDA ratifies but it might not be in real time or before its announced in the US.

If you want to know immediately then best bet might be to keep an eye on any related FDA announcement channels (Soupdragon probably knows which one is best to monitor).

For all I know, we might already have been granted it (because we've had the subcription RNS 😄).

Personally, I'm more interested in any deal that might follow.

So it looks like we've just hit a new 3 year high.

Lets hope we can hit a new 5 year high in the not too distant future

I've got the same issue. The corporate action hasn't been notified by my broker yet but I'm told it is going to be. My guess is that your allocation is safe if you take it before the deadline. I could be wrong but it the over subscription may be first come first serve from whatever allocations have not been taken up

You might need to chase them up if you don't hear anything Wacca. I have nominee share holdings in multiple accounts but only one has put forward a corporate action notification.

We'll see if the rest of the market thinks it's sobpositive on open.

If it's injected straight into the bloodstream then it might be a more direct delivery to the lungs than an orally ingested dose?

Hopefully not as targetted as inhaled delivery though.

That would also raise serious questions about whether a deal can ever be done and whether the future of the company is destined just to be a series of never ending fundraises.

The board need to get a deal after telling us they've been talking for so long.

Worst case scenario is the one that Soupdragon mentions.

Best case scenario is that they have do actually have multiple interested partners who would sign a deal tomorrow but the company are holding out for FDA to see who can offer the best terms.

I have no idea which scenario is most likely. We just have to wait and see. However if it's the first then it will not be good.

Littlened displays classic childlike qualities.

He doesn't have the maturity to accept that other people don't see things exactly the same way that he does...so he has tantrums, throws insults (and his dolly) around and tells people to shut up. He must fear that what they say will convince people to believe everything that he doesn't and that it will in someway prevent his hopes and dreams from coming true. He's so afraid that he won't be able to be as convincing by expressing his own opinions eloquently, so he just spends his time trying to suppress others.

If only he could just provide a reasoned counter argument or (as already suggested) learn to use the filter button, he might spend less time staring at a blurry world through bitter, salty tears 😢

I think the other scenarios may be overinflated in price estimates but I never said they weren't possible. The difference is the presence of partners willing to support with their own investment.

I can't see how a base case of having just EMA & FDA approval without any kind of funded partnership is going to be a viable option nor how it could to lead to a price above 1p. That sounds like fantasy.

If their plan is to try and fund clinical trials themselves then we are likely to see the same discounted raises that we've seen in the recent past and the dilution would need to be massive. I think that the share price would most likely collapse back towards where it started before the recent rally that took us above .10p. This would happen not just because of the dilution but also because it would confirm that over 18 months of partner discussions had been unsuccessful.

We need partnership funding. The base case is failure, we simply cant afford that.

Yes. I might even breakeven with that 🤣
