Seems like pure fantasy to me based on current price but it is definitely there. No idea how trustworthy or accurate MarketBeat is though.

I thought the market would be more interested than this on the back of the interview.

However, if that is not already conditionally signed and sealed and just waiting for the FDA announcement then I don't see a future as they won't have a committed partner to move forward with. Game over.

So if that statement stands then Gooding must have been confident to have a deal signed by end of October because he knew the money wouldn't last until the FDA decision in November.

Why did he not just raise more back in May?

As I understand it, the FDA decision can come in earlier so maybe the amount he raised back in May reflects his expectations about that and his confidence in getting a deal. There is still time for things to work out before the end of October and I really hope they do. They could still announce something before then.

If he was expecting to seal a deal by then and he hasn't then that does not bode well.

We'll just have to wait and see.
