It's now over 6 months since the 'key' EMA ODD approval was granted.

If that gives us exclusive benefits for a limited period then you would have thought it would make sense to find a partner that is eager to capitalise on that while we wait for other approvals to come through. We shouldn't be wasting time trying to satisify box ticking for partners who are not willing, after 2 years of discussions, to jump on board and share the risk.

How many approvals and patents must we pay for (only for them to sit on a shelf slowly expiring) before we get actually find someone who can help us take this forward?

Where are the partners?

Why should anyone sell up, consolidate a loss and never have a chance of getting anything just because you dont understand it?

There's always a chance that there is someone out there who knows what they're doing and who might just decide to take this off our hands before we are forced to sell it to some other vulture for peanuts adter we've paid for all the work to be done.

It's a long shot but it can happen

If you've been around this share long enough you'll realise that they dont like telling you bad news.

It would be nice if they updated the website every now and again. That way the could tell us when they'd responded without having to issue a costly RNS. That way we at least we would know that they had done their part.

Just more excuses.

There is no reason for them not to have addressed this, particulary if a partnership is being delayed because of it

...tomorrow since they told us about the request for more information from the FDA.

That should have been plenty of time for them to respond to the query (don't forget they said they had a similar request from the EMA) with data that they apparently have on file.

I believe in the product, that's about it. There is no point selling up and I really do want to see who they offload it to in the end. That will be really interesting.

I don't seek or get kicks from posting on here. I guess I just don't understand the rationale of those who claim to have acquired over 20m shares on the way down, after seeing everything that has happened here, who then criticise others for having any doubt whatsoever about what they have been led to believe when nothing ever comes of it but requests for more money.

It's no concern of yours whether I sell or not so may I politely suggest (as I do to all other non-believers of free speech) that you just mind your own business?

Why do you want me to sell Soup? Don't you like other investors hightlighting that fact that nothing ever seems to progress on the partner front after 2 years of saying it is?

Are you afraid that people might cotton on that flying abroad to the occasional conference, standing behind a stall and telling people that you'd really like to license your product with yhem doesn't really cut the mustard as 'discussions with potential partners".

I would like to think that that wasn't the full extent of it. However, I have no idea what else they have actually done nor who they have done it with in all this time...because they just wave the NDA banner when anybody wants to know. It's wearing a bit thin now though, don't you think?

Maybe if they can get a positive ODD decision before the year is out then it might actually be a basis for starting to believe anything they say again.

Sorry to disappoint you but I'm going nowhere.

If they can't get a decision before Xmas then I reckon they are just unwilling to tell the truth of the situation. They will have had plenty of time to act and get a response with so little time left on the clock.

Big_Kahuna, how could I hope for anyone to make the mistake of thinking my posts are genuine when questioned by someone with such a long and respected history of contribution to board.

When did you join again, September 2025, wasn't it?

Soupdragon, you're simply making excuses for more failure. Here's where we are:

* No partnership after the 'key' EMA ODD approval target was hit back in May. That should have been a reward point for shareholders. Instead, the price fell back as it immediately turned into a fundraise opportunity and the can was kicked down the road towards needing FDA ODD approval before any partnership could be announced.

* Here and now. No FDA approval after 90 days. Instead we get a another fundraiser just before we get the 'request for info' RNS which is now (according to you) a new opportunity for things to remain open ended until the board can be bothered to muster a response.

In all this time (nearly 2 years), absolutely zero evidence of any potential partnership (other than hearsay). It's just the shareholders taking all the risk as usual.

I was foolishly starting to think that there was light at the of the tunnel but if they can't even mobilise to get a decision before Xmas then I can't see how they will ever get a worthwhile deal for the long suffering shareholders .

I guess you might be right though. It wouldn't really be a deadline if you can stop the clock and make up excuses about not being able to plan and dither for months on end instead of just getting the response out (if that's what happens).

Maybe the only real deadline that matters is the date when the latest tranche of money runs out and the next fundraise is needed.

Where are the partners?

Correction:

"They said they would be using the same data as presented to the EM"

They didn't specifically say they were presenting exactly the same data but they did say they had the data on file and they implied that the query was similar to one they'd already answered for the EMA.

It's a document. They should be able to deal with it in weeks rather than months

Why are you always so quick with an excuse as to why the board can't deliver to deadline?

They said they would be using the same data as presented to the EMA to answer so the query must it be similar.

Previous experience is that they get a fund raise and then take their foot off the gas for a few months until they need more.

They notified us of a query being raised right at the deadline as the clock was about to run out. Surely the FDA wouldn't leave it so late if they had to add a significant time to that clock (you said yourself that the clock starts again when the response is received).

So any delay now is entirely down to the board. The longer they leave it, the more it stinks.

This side of Xmas would be plenty of time.

They knew the EMA wanted the additional data so they should have been expecting & prepared for the FDA to want the same. If they are genuinely talking to worthwhile partners then they would't want to waste any time.

10 days once they respond. I'd give it 2-3 weeks

If they sit on it any longer, it's a red flag. No more excuses

If the parnership is more than BS then they cannot sit on the request for information for too long. Can they really afford to hang around?

If they can then it puts a big question mark over how believable these 'discussions' have been and the market will soon see through it.

Lets hope they don't mess around

They should know exactly how to present the data that is already in their possession and which has already been presented to the EMA.

There is no excuse for sitting on this.

We didn't receive an RNS for the EMA request though.
