So 2 years of knocking on different doors with nothing to show for it...is that what you are saying the partner discussions amount to?

They have had 2 years of telling us they are in discussions with partners. Have those partners really waited that long to do due dilligence. Could that not have been done while the ODD reviews were underway?

Maybe the prospective partners have both come to some sort of gentlemanly agreement not to play unfair with each other...a sort of corporate Queensbury rules?

If 2 competing parties are interested then why aren't they getting on with it and bidding against each other instead of demanding that shareholders stump up and take all the risk for them while they sit in the shadows taking no risk at all?

Wouldn't one be worried about the other getting the advantage?

The excuse for the fundraise is laughable. Why does the anonymous 'partner' require shareholders to pay for further de-risking after we have paid for all the ODD stuff?

Surely the shambolic price alone should be enough de-risking for anyone who is genuinely interested in doing business?

Why is this partner still allowed to remain anonymous when we are taking all the risk?

They tell us they're going to take more money off us and do it...everyones happy

They tell us they've been talking to partners for 2 years and don't deliver anything tangible...nobody's concerned

I thought EMA ODD was the key, the de-risking needed for a partnership. No. That wasn't enough, next we needed FDA ODD. Now that isn't even enough. More de-risking work is now required at the shareholders expense for 'partners' who won't even reveal themselves nor provide financial assistance!!

When is the shareholder going to see some tangible reward?

Still no partner stepping up to help out, just shareholders funding more work at the cost of huge dilution.

Market exclusivity, tax credits & Grants have no value unless you do something with them. You can't do that without money or a partner who is willing to put up that money.

That's why the price has not changed and why the pre and post FDA manifestation of the company is very comparable at the moment.

Wow, that takes me back to how I felt about 6 years ago before all the BS started in 2020!

OSD, price will be muted initially for a number of reasons. First is the inevitable dumping on news. Secondly, the spectre of a fundraise is now looming. If there are no partners willing to stump up yet then that could be quite heavy at current prices if they want to survive long enough.

We also dont know what (if any) other hurdles we're going to have to jump to get to partnership nor how many more times we'll be tapped up for cash...because they won't reveal anything about it.

If we start getting information about partnership before the fundraise and a deal looks likely (preferably a full buyout) then things might change. I'm not holding my breath though...it could be another 6 years yet at this rate.

Sounds like more excuses to me. They've had plenty of time to do the other stuff while waiting for ODD. This didn't have to a sequential process.

I don't think anyone is under the illusion that they've ever been hunting a quick deal.

They also have a reason to announce a partnership now. They should be very close to that after, what is it, 2 years of discussions? I can't think of any other reason why it should be delayed further. The details must surely have been thrashed out by now, even the price. If all that work has been done up front and all the influencing factors such as ODD are now decided then it should be very close.

What if they announce that first, James?

Wouldn't it make sense to raise money on the back of a deal announcement. It would surely be worth more and assist future progress?

I can't wait to see what happens now!

Happy to see this finally land. Not sure that in itself is going to yield any of the prices hoped for here. Hopefully though, it should be the last veil that hides these elusive partners from being revealed.

Let's see just how valuable it is to them after the long wait they've had to endure

I respect your view. However I refer back to an excerpt from the November RNS:

"Dr Dan Gooding, Executive Director, Nuformix, said: 'We will respond to FDA using the data we already have on file, having previously had a similar query from the EMA..'"

In their own words, they had the data on file having had a similar query from the EMA. It seems that this delay could therefore have been avoided had that data been included in the first place.

I hope you are right and it does turn around shortly. However, I'm sick and tired of excuses being made for failure to deliver.

That is not a criticism of you (I'm not shooting the messenger here). It is just that we are still waiting a ridiculously long time for a result from the FDA while the pot runs dry and there is still absolutely no tangible evidence of any engagment with partners...other than them saying that they are doing so.

What makes it worse is that it was apparently a 'straight forward issue'. If so then why could it not have been avoided? Why was it allowed to cause such a massive delay at a critical time when money is limited?

The company will want to put a positive slant on it by saying it's not an issue because they are now much more likely to have to come back for more money before there is anything to show.

It's time they delivered realistic and persistent value for the money that they have already had.

Where are the partners?

No more excuses.
