Instead of telling people to shut up and move on just because you don't agree with what they say, why don't you offer a reasonable counter opinion and explain why the board never seem to do anything but find another excuse to kick the can down the road rather than strike a deal.

Why is ODD not enough?

What tangible value does adding into FDA the mix bring to the table?

If the FDA application now gets rejected then will it leave them in a much weaker position than if they just had the ODD with FDA potential? Is the risk worth it?

Why have they introduced more risk to shareholders without requiring any from potential partners?

In a post ODD ratification world we should all be feeling a bit more reassured that things have moved the right way towards a deal...but all we get is a fundraise instead of a timely notification on the day that NXP002 was ratified plus 4 weeks of radio silence.

What exactly did that jolly to San Francisco really achieve and what are they doing right now?

If it takes so long to prepare and submit to the FDA then perhaps they should have settled for a deal with just ODD.

Now we're back to square one with no idea how long it's going to take to even submit the application.

I think that's what everyone was hoping for when they got ODD ratification, Solar. We all expected a deal to have been negotiated on condition that they got ODD. The mysterious Telegram thread revelations back in Feb 2024 implied that ODD was key to any deal early in 2024. I don't remember anything being mentioned about FDA approval but now the goal posts appear to have shifted again!

The picture from the RNS history is that that they started to engage in partner discussions around March 2024. They've implied they've been in discussions ever since but nothing ever comes out. No conditions, no timeline, no names. Whenever anyone asks about it they get shutdown with the old 'NDA' excuse as to why they can't be transparent. This probably led to many people assuming that it was all positive as they must still be negotiating with the same 'partners' when it is entirely possible that it could be negative and many potential partners may have come and gone in that time. Probably not something they'd want to have to explain.

This seems even more likely now since they appear to have delayed formally revealing the ratification of ODD on 22nd May until it started to become publicly accessible. We only got the RNS on the 29th after someone found a link to the official online page where it was listed.

This lack of transparency just makes all the partner talk look like 🐂💩. If they are still talking to partners from early 2024 then there cannot be much more to discuss, it's been so long that they must have thrashed out most of the details out by now.

Is there nothing that they can offer shareholders without breaching trust, even if just to confirm it's still the same interested party they are talking or how many parties there are or how long before they draw the line and talk to someone else.

Are we seriously going to have to wait another 3 months from whenever they get around to submitting to the FDA without some indication of how many boxes have been ticked and how many are left in order to satisfy these partners?

It's time to start delivering.

3 weeks since ratification. They didn't bother telling us until 29th May...funnily enough, just after someone shared the link on this board and started to make noises about it.

Price looks to have settled back to where it was before ODD was ratified. To be honest I can't say I'm pleased with the progress of the last 2 months....it hasn't added any value at all.
