Who said anything about revealing intimate contract details? I'm simply saying that there is no good reason for partners be able to remain anonymous for such a long period of time. Why do they not want to publicly add weight to the Orphan application by showing interest without revealing any financial details?

I just don't like the BS ramping that goes on here that might deceive people into thinking this was a sure thing when there are serious questions still to be answered?

One of which is why we have been continually told that the company is in discussion with partners over the past year or so but we never find out who they are, nor see any tangible goals set nor any deadlines put in place to draw a line under those discussions if they are not productive so that we can talk to other potential partners who may be more transparent and less demanding.

We were told recently that the company has revisited tests to satisfy these partners with apparently great results. That sounds fantastic! But why have we not got a public link to a published document that other potential partners can scrutinse and also get excited about? If there is no commitment yet by any partner then why not broaden your horizons?

If it turns out that orphan status is granted and we get a huge upfront deal with a reliable partner on the back of it that re-rates this company to reflect the blockbuster potential NXP002 is reputed to have then I will tip my hat to the board and acknowledge the wisdom of their tactics.

Until then, I don't understand the lack of transparency and prolonged nature of these discussions when nothing ever seems to come out of them.

Hopefully, we don't have to wait too much longer now to find out where we really stand.

Oh dear Transhaven/Drago, you're not even intelligent enough to realise that directing your hissy tantrums & insults my way is a complete waste of time. You might have more success if you directed your ire at those who are actually responsible for you being locked in.

Yes it's very good news and welcome before the orphan status result.

However, it doesn't answer the question about why these partners have been so elusive and have not invested thus far. The company appear to have bent over backwards for them with the (later than hoped) orphan submission and now this reassessment.

Will they now come out and publicly back NXP002 financially...or will they remain reluctant and, if so, why?

Isn't that exactly what you're doing? Only you're continually moaning and crying about people's posts on a public bulletin board just because their opinions don't align with you're own.

You should perhaps focus on the real reasons why you've found yourself locked in.
