I think there’s a bit of faff and manipulation going on.

It’ll only take a bit of good news and the SP will kick up over £11 and leave the ones that faff well out of pocket!

RR is a solid company with long term growth. Yes there will be down days but the overall trend is up. Controversial I know but we have a government that has an industrial strategy which will start to pay off although the UK press seem hell bent on talking the UK down at the moment!

There isn’t another ftse company so well positioned for growth across all sectors it operates in. We will be past the £11.11 before you can say ultrafan. Plenty more in the RR tank!!!

But there will be a big kick again and we will move up £1 ish. Then the day traders will suck it as you say but the RR SP will be at new higher support level. This seems to be how it is at the moment. I just think well back orders are £30 ish billion for jet engines £18 billion for defence and of what we know about SMR there’s approx £18 billion of orders. Any other companies with that size of business already there?

Well I “suspect” the RR SP will tread water a bit until 17th Nov and fingers crossed the Dubai airshow will prove fruitful for Airbus and RR. The other big kick for RR SP will be the 500 plane Airbus order from China although that could be announced at the Dubai airshow. So in the meantime the expected frigate orders from Sweden and Denmark will give a bit of a kick soon. It’s still all positive for RR despite all the so called expert naysayers!

Tufan has always said about partnering with companies. In the USA I can see RR partnering with BWXT who have nuclear handling permissions already. Win win.

Well I still think £15 is incoming in early 2026. Listening to CFO it all sounds extraordinarily good for decades to come. I’ve said it before there really is still plenty more in the RR tank!

This is very good for RR. It’s also a positive for the UK government’s industrial strategy to improve and increase export £. Might be a little uptick in the SP tomorrow.

Well I’ve been thinking RR will announce another round of share buy backs in Feb next year. This will certainly give the SP an extra kick on top of the better than expected results. I’m also thinking the dividend will be increased to 13-16p.

100% agree. Although I personally think looking at what’s going on with RR the SP will be around £15 early next year. At some point soon the 500 plane airbus deal will be announced and it’s expected that 200 (ish) planes will be widebody. China hasn’t ordered any Boeing planes since 2017 either and says it needs 10,000 new civilian planes by 2040. China is also expanding its airports capacity. We also have the Dubai air show in November. So unlike “software” and apps or even computers jet engine manufacturing is a deep wide moated industry with extreme cost of entry and very long cash draining development times making it very difficult for any new companies to enter the area. Also with the massive Pratt & Whitney engine issues and the issues with the leap engine this will likely open up things for RR in the narrowbody area with ultrafan30 engine for Airbus and Boeing. RR has an ever expanding order book across all sectors it operates in.

I always remind myself when there’s a dip that the arenas RR operates in only have massive growth coming down the track. I also think investors haven’t really understood the colossal demand for electricity to power AI data centres. RR is going to be a world leader in electricity generation. There really is far far more left in the RR tank.

The sell off is just an over reaction. I was never looking at the small defence side of RR. I’ll just buy more in the dips and if you sold all or a lot of your RR shares just don’t get caught with your trousers down if there’s a big jump in the next few days!

Well what ever the price is once I get the RR dividend I’ll just spend the lot on more RR shares. It’s a no brainer for the next ten years.
