The general consensus is that RR projected figures have been and still are very conservative.

I think 2026 will be the last year of the SP doubling or almost doubling. But the SP is still highly likely to return 30-50% YOY after that.

I agree America pulls the rug from time to time but RR has 3 arenas of operations that all have considerable growth coming down the track. Will investors see RR as a safe haven to park their cash? I suspect they will.

Just having a look at the breakdown of operations by country. Out of around 35 countries RR operates in the USA is the biggest income country by far at approx 25%. I've seen posts that the UK government have "sold RR down the river" over the American SMR deals done with Trump in the UK market place. I would suggest that far from selling RR down the river the UK government have actually protected that market place for RR to continue to operate in the USA. If you look at what was actually agreed it was for smaller AMR to power data centres and a port. Very little of these AMR's will be feeding the UK nation grid and I suspect the deal will allow big American utility companies tariff free access to buy RR SMR. This was a "deal" so Mr T happy but it will be transformative for RR SMR's and power system in the USA market place. This looks to be a classic case of there is no limit to the amount of good you can do if you don't care who gets the credit.

If you read again. That share price if RR do more share buybacks and share consolidation share rollbacks. IE reduce the amount of shares.

Well I got in in 2020. I initially thought let's see how it goes and had a £3-£4 figure. Now I have absolutely no idea at what point I will sell out at. Looking at RR fundamentals around £15 early next year or by the end of Q1 is very likely. I fully expect the rate of share price growth to slow but thats unlikely until 2027. So 2026 could see the share price ending the year around £25. Theres lots of experts saying this or that could caused a SP drop. I actually think once the SP gets around £25 the amount of shares issued will keep a cap on the SP. I'm hoping RR will start a 2nd round of share buybacks next year and at some point do a stock consolidation. A share rollback will then liberate the SP. You wont see £30 by 2030 it'll be £40-50. The key this now with RR is patience!

Yes I read all the IAG ramping. I thought RR has way more fuel in its tank. Sit tight hold and buy in the dips. Its a basic strategy but very effective with RR!

Obviously I’m bias but this article is a massive green light for more growth for RR. As I thought for some years now there really is much much more in the RR tank!

Your explanation of SMR/AMR is spot on.

Can I add that RR SMR uses well established supply chains especially fuel. Most of the AMR use “exotic” more expensive fuels. If we look at costs RR SMR running costs will we lower. I think RR SMR will be very big in the market place for national grids UK Europe and the USA Australia. AMR will get a footing in data centres. RR I believe are working on their own AMR’s so I genuinely believe RR SMR/AMR will get good market penetration and share we just have to wait.

Seriously though RR will be fine and even better with government backing and help. I’m no fan of Milliband but people keep lying saying he is anti nuclear. Facts from what I’ve read is he is pro nuclear he also understands baseload as well.

If none of these deals happened with American companies in the UK then it would be unlikely that RR SMR would get any into the American markets. To have the American market place open for RR SMR is a good thing. 10-15% of the American market is going to be much better than 50% of the UK market. I stopped reading the Telegraph last year as I found it was creeping into lies dressed up as facts. Personally I’m pragmatic about who the government is. Bottom line is I want who ever is in charge doing the best for Britain. The sooner the conservatives get back to one nation conservatism and lay out a joined up individual policy the better. Labour from what I can see actually have an industrial policy. You may not like all of it (I don’t) but at least there’s movement and action slowly starting to happen.

£F currently has RR at £14.50 for December this year. I was thinking THE RR SP would be £15 end of 2025 into Q1 next year.

Very interesting article. Although it’s doesn’t say it but it’s clear that RR SMR will likely be the only non American company to manufacture and sell SMR’s into the American market and that market place is huge compared to the UK. I also think RR SMR will be the main supplier of SMR into the huge European market place. So as much as at the moment American companies are getting UK business for their SMR RR will be one of the market leaders world wide. The UK government may have played a blinder on trade, although that may not be apparent at the moment.

It means whatever deal the UK gov has done RR will be able to operate in the US market place which will be considerably bigger than the UK!

So would you rather RR did or didn’t have access to a multi trillion $ market place in America? Access will work both ways. Also Urenco a British head quartered nuclear fuel company will also get access to a massive American market. There will be countless other UK companies that will benefit from this.

To move away from Russia nuclear fuel. Also as the gas spot price is used to keep electricity generation artificially high new nuclear will make electricity generation cheaper for consumers. This is a win for the UK.
