First and foremost the invasion war in Ukraine needs to stop asap. Government don’t buy military hardware on a whim. There are budgets that have to be approved and RR make big ticket items that take some years to be delivered. A lot of the recent big spend hasn’t filtered through yet to RR and there will be more big orders coming soon. The military spend on the RR hasn’t really shown up much in their profits. Once it does it really will lift the SP. As always there’s plenty of fuel left in the RR tank. In fact over the coming years the fuel tank will be constantly topped up!

So over 300 L2 tanks were confirmed yesterday split between 5 countries. Germany is buying 123 of that order.

The MF!!! Not just the “experts” on there but I’ve seen countless articles over the past 4 years all saying not for me or its to expensive or the classic it’s good “BUT”. These articles have been saying the same negative spin for a few years and if you listened to them you keep missing the boat. Even if you bought in at today’s price you will be in a much better place in a few years time. In 5 year it’ll be extremely good position! Plenty left in the RR tank!

Agreed. Although by the time we get to the end of next year Bank of America and others would have upgraded the RR price target a couple of times. I’m hoping for £15 in Q2 and £18-£20 by the end of 2026. £30 will be great but is suspect next year is the last year of high SP rises so £30 could be 4-5 years away.

RR are the greatest gig in the sky. £15 soon enough and It'll all come good over the next 2-3 years.

I believe we are both very bullish on RR based on strong business growth. My only reason for thinking £15 in Q2 instead of Q1 is there’s been profit taking and possibly a bit of manipulation pushing down the SP over the past 6 weeks. I’m very happy for you to be right about £15 in Q1.

RR still has loads of fuel in the tank. I thought £15 by the end of Q1 next year. That’s pushed I believe to the end of Q2 next year.

No more spring budgets the government have said. Just a spring statement and an autumn budget. Personally I was happy with the budget today. They have an industrial policy and RR is front and centre especially SMR. If the conservatives were still in they would of gone with westing house at the Wales site and not support a British company.

Yep now the sell off storm has passed we should be looking at a bit of stability now. The current SP is very cheap. Shouldn’t be to long before people start wanting back in. There may not be any specific RR news now for a while. The 2025 full results day end of Feb 2026 will be the next price catalyst.

RR operates internationally the UK budget will have little to no effect on RR operations world wide. This government has given RR SMR £2.5 billion grant. We now know that the previous government was not going to give RR anything and go with Westinghouse for the wales site.

Completely agree with all the reasons you have stated. It was a 10 year hold which I’m basically halfway through now. RR is even more undervalued at the current price.

This is just a correction of the markets all markets. Difficult to judge how long the sell off will continue for. None of this is specific to RR.

Agreed there is no specific reason for the drop. RR has mostly had positive news. Let’s see now the upgraded RR trent 1000XE is rolling out that it’s improved beyond the GEnx engine. Don’t forget an MOU isn’t a signed actual order contract so airlines can back out of an MOU. I also think there’s some fishy going on with the RR SP. I was watching a review of SMR companies by a reputable company. 8 different SMR manufacturers were mentioned. RR SMR not mentioned once. This was last year.

The GE Safran leap engine has had durability issues for years, almost never gets mentioned. The since 2008 there has been issues. There is a fix that’s started to roll out. Dusty sandy environments and high sulphur content air don’t just affect RR engines.

There’s nothing negative about RR currently in fact the opposite. Only really been positive news. So something is going on to push the RR SP down.

So free internet access to Emirates customers supplied by Musk and starlink might of had something to do with it.
