Also, as a home worker who uses skype, the idea of having a flash looking office behind me, rather than the spare room wall looks an exiting prospect. I might have 3 or 4 different office views, yer I'm in the Manchester office today, had to travel to the Barcelona office etc Very excited for the future here. I was hoping someone here would be kind enough to point me in the right direction. I have been holding this stock for some time e.g. when it was on AIM. I hold it with in a SIPP with Bestinvest, when we moved over to the American OTC market they where happy to hold the paper certificate for me. I have just had a call from Best Invest informing me they are no longer happy to hold the paperwork so I need to sell up or move to a provider who can trade OTC. I have another account with I-Web, but they cant help. Does anyone know who will hold this in a SIPP for me? Really don't want to sell, especially as I feel I am being forced to sell.

I brought in a couple of years ago after researching the company. I was landed by the MD's comments about the company being at an inflection point in its history. So in two years we have gone from being loss making to err being loss making. I love AIM and its bullish MD's who talk such a great game. I sure they are very well paid for their hot air. 9 sales in a year, worries me, if the tech is that good it will sale itself, one sale every 6 weeks means something is wrong. Another one for the bottom draw.

If only they could sink wells as quickly as this.......

Tradinin South Afr, you might want to check with TD. I opened up an account with them to trade this stock. Just been told this Further to my email below, i have recevied a response from TD. They have advised that as the shares wont be listed on a recognised stock exchange at the time they would be doing this transaction then they wont be able to complete this and as such we are unable to accept them.

This has taken up a lot my time over last week. As my holding is in a SIPP things are not straight forward. There is also a lot of false information being given to people. I talked to HL last week and was told that they would have no problems with the move and holding the new shares. I was told that HL were talking to Crest and that these shares can be held in a SIPP. I didn't want to move to HL and it seems this information was false. After reading here I have opened up a SIPP with TD. BI have simple been amazing and will transfer my shares to the american ones and hold them until the transfer request comes in from TD. Best Invest have simple pulled out the stops to help me. As they have been the good guys the BOD at Xentic need a good kicking for the total lack of information and support for PI in their company. Nothing from them.

Thanks for the advice. I am awaiting for a few calls back (Best Invest and Xenetic), I will feed back on then as and when. Also talked to Hargreaves Lansdown, they informed me that they are in discussions with CREST and feel confident that you will be able to carry on holding these shares in a SIPP after the move to America?

Hello, I have a reasonable holding here and its showing a loss at the moment which I was happy as its only a loss if I sell now. The holding is with Best Invest in a SIPP, they have informed me that when the corporate action happens all my shares will be sold as they don't trade on the market we are moving to? I really don't want to sell, is there anything I can do?
