If we still own the coal and iron in the ground why dont they sell these assets? Even if it was a firesale they would get many times the present value of the company. Then distribute this and the cash held in the bank back to the share holders of Sable.

So no update on the coal MOU, starting to think that was just one big lie.

As off the last accounts we have £3.4m in the bamk. Before the BOE distroyed money they would had got at least 5% interest on that amount a year. The AIM fees would had been covered by that interest payment. Just saying.

I fired of some quick questions and for Sable got a fast reply Q1 – was there any update on the coal MOU – we have heard nothing for a year now. What is going on here? Has this moved forward? There was no operational update given at the AGM but there will be detail included in the circular that will be posted to shareholders. Q2 – Is the significant shareholders page of the website up-to-date and accurate? Yes, I believe so Q3 – As per the last report the total net assets were valued at £29m and cash of £3.7m, given that there are 1.1bn shares the NAV stands at 2.6p per a share. How much do the board estimate is the value of the coal assert as this is not effected by the corruption case and the price of coal is up 40% this year. I’m not sure what it is valued at in the accounts but the company does believe the asset has potential Q4 – If nominated advisor has resigned with immediate effect and the egm is on the 7 October if the company do not secure the 75% of votes they need to take this private how confident are they in finding a new Nomad in just 7 days? They will work to appoint a new Nomad asap although given the necessary due diligence that will be required this will be challenging I think they are doing this to draw a line under Sable and to protect themselves. Skrewing us is a possibility but I have confidence. Once the circular is out we will know much more of the value of the assets / cash at bank. If for example cash at bank now is next to F-all we will know we have been sticked up.

As i understand it we grow cloned bushes. So the THC, etc are exactly the same across all of the bushes being grown. So you get the same "event" each time. We are the only dealers in the world to offer this consistency, even if you were able to get the same "weed" each time there will be difference in the THC level due it grow. What we have is completely different. I also like to dream that if there is full legalisation state side they love brands and consistency. We have the knowledge and technology to grow on mass a consistent high each time.

He confirmed yesterday that the AGM will be some time in September and they would know in a couple of weeks time. Also it will be in the Channel Islands. He is unable / unwilling to provide me with phone number for anyone actually at Sable, as I for one can not make it to the Channel Islands for the AGM but have a few questions I would like answers to. I have point out to him that is as if know actually works there (Sable) any more! I asked him at the least they should remove the statement about communicating with there shareholders as I personal now find it insulting and very misleading. Looking at the local newspaper sites regarding the case, our "leaders" defense seems to be, you can not prosecute me as I'm not in your country and you have no way of making me go to your country. Not the most robust defense and means he will never step foot in the country again on fear of being arrested. At a time, when we need men of metal we are left with just men of dirt. Just like Sable.

I'm considering the recent events as a positive? American II have just injected $250 million at $90 a share. I understand we have just out of know where witness a 10% increase in shares but so far not a 10% drop in our holdings. I've invested in a lot of crap, trust me someone of you would wet yourself laughing at some of it! But GW always feels different, there is always a plan and big growth jumps. Now they have shown a lot more leg than we see in public to these II in America and they like what they see, hence no messing about hands in wallets. So my view is something very nice is brewing and is soon to be let out of the bottle again here. Time will tell.

working capital? My understanding is this company is an investment shell, All it has is interests (shares) in other companies. Surely then until these investments come good all they need is the smallest possible set up for overheads? Or is working capital better understood if its changed to very large WAGES?
