I had this issue with GWP a few years back. I hold VRP in my Best Invest SIPP but also have one with You Invest - they are happy to hold USA traded stocks. I just need Best Invest to convert them to ADR and then I will transfer them over to You Invest. A pain in the bottom but if they do what GWP did I will be very happy

The only slight issue we had is a CEO who got overly excited a few months ago and probably said things he now wishes he had not regarding timeline etc

I should note here that the RTO was on an asset level – just of the Lubu Project – and as such CGH remains an independent company with assets of its own.

CGH has committed to a 12 month lock-in regarding the sale or transfer of its shares in Contango Holdings, but thereafter CGH will have various options open to it through which to realise value for CGH shareholders such as you.

What a record and that dosn't stop you from being CEO of a listed company in the UK?

I work in digital media, we sold 20,000 wifi security cameras on Amazon in 24hrs a few months ago. They were £25 each and came with free P&P.
Amazon have the eye balls and the operation is a slick as it can possible be, you get an account manager who looks after you, all you need to do is deliver the product to the warehouse and they do the rest of the fulfilment for you. The biggest problem you face with Amazon is if you have an in-demand product its sometime hard to keep up with demand, a nice problem to have. Amazon is amazing as selling “widgets” and out test is a widget. You don’t buy it for how it looks, what it will tell people about yourself to define your image etc, you buy it as it comes in 24hrs and tells you if you have C19.
Amazon operate in
Brazil, China, USA, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan. Mexico, UK and Spain. Put the produce in their warehouses and instantly have access to all of these massive markets.
They already have the eyeballs and you had to do was put the product in front of them.

Why would you not just list this on Amazon?
Prime delivery within 24hrs.
AMS to drive awarness.
Would sell like hot cakes.
Seems a weried move espically as its exclusive......

They have "updaed" their website and have removed nearly all of that information from it. If now shows a block to meaningless text and an address in BVI.

I always thought FOTH and SS had a good relationship. Maybe he has been asked, like a gentleman to implement a news blackout so that SS can released the news in the correct way to the market? Only time will tell.

For starters I have no knowledge or experience of these matters however this is how I see it.
I owned shares in Sable mining, which then changed its name to Consolidated Growth Holdings, I now own shares in CGH.
CGH was delisted, but never went bust e.g. into administration, it just turned into a private company. There was talk at the time by the BOD that they would list on a platform like Asset Match, but never did.
I still own my shares in CGH, but as a private company there is no market to sell or buy them.
So that shareholder value can be releases CGH are going to be taken over by Contango Holdings which are a listed company on Aim, they are paying 5p per share in CGH to take over our assets, once this is done I would imagine Contango will come out of suspension and start trading again.
The offer is 5p a share by Contango for CGH shares, as I owe shares in CGH they will be paying me 5p for each one of these.
Might be totally naive about this, or soon I will have a very large smile on my face. But very soon we will find out.
