c001959 - the cynic might say that the MG know exactly what they’re doing… get some poor souls to do all the hard work finding the oil, then delay and delay the LP so they can have it all to themselves when said exploration company goes bust.

If Matad were bigger and one of the only oil companies in Mongolia, I’m sure they would have told the MG to shove the EL for Velociraptor up their ar5e until Heron LP was given. oldbaldy - if hypothetically we have applied for strive, there’s nothing sng can RNS until it is confirmed. We know there are delays and it is slow going with it.
I’m reasonably confident we have applied for a trial(s) given Brooke’s reply to some posters questions where she said something like “we can’t give any further updates on trials we HAVE applied for…” until they are confirmed.

Time is passing by and human nature means we assume nothing is doing, when the reality might be that everything is doing. We just don’t know.

MrCosts - I genuinely believe you’ve had a nervous breakdown over this. Multiple repetitive posts, almost like it’s a cry for help.

To reiterate, I think the comms are poor. But I also think there are things happening behind the scenes to improve matters.

Clearly, family should always come first. But sorry, I’m not buying it. The RNS states PJ will be assisting in some form or other in the future (not sure I believe that will happen.
But PJ has been a master communicator. I can’t believe for one moment that if this was really the case he wouldn’t just come out and say he has a family emergency, I’m temporarily putting the company in the hands of the capable Sean and will be back soon.
Just to fudge it in at the end of an unnecessarily long strategic update is not right. They should have been two separate RNS’s at the very least. At least they remembered, always drop a bad RNS on a Friday!

I don’t believe the critical family issues part at all. The market certainly doesn’t like it. Nice try to try and bleat on for a million words about strategy and then drop that in at the end.

I'd argue SNG001 has a decent record. Passed two P2's and missed P3 due to poor trial design. Also has a great safety record.

Incorrect. I make "big screaming" regarding MB and the management team and still think they misled us. I maintain the "stock" is potentially a big winner. The two do not necessarily go in hand, at least not as a short term play.

Regardless, I could show you many broker reports with predictions that have failed to materialise. In fact, most don't.
