UWOS - oh we all know about your excitement for MATD. Every morning you remind us with an unnecessarily long post. You're so persistent, I reckon you'd give my wife a run for her money in an argument.

The point is, LP is not guaranteed like you are making out. I'd like to think it's more than 50%, maybe 51%. And so I'm here for an educated punt. But it is not guaranteed and you are as bad as MB for misleading.

Hamm - you’ve got some nerve telling people to stop worrying about MB ripping them off. You were Mr doom and gloom prior to his 6th December presentation, then all of a sudden oh-so-positive. Then you briefly flipped back when the raise came before going positive yet again. You flip and flop so quickly, I can’t keep up.

This is all about the LP. We had all better pray like MB said he is doing that this comes in.

oj17 - the data, patents, the fact they can bung it straight onto a phase 3 trial etc are all worth something for those pharmas that might not want to start from scratch. How much, I’m honestly not sure. The market is saying not much at this moment in time.

Out of interest, if Synairgen won £50m on the lottery and could afford its own P3, what % chance do you think of it passing? And if it did pass, what do you think it would be worth then? Surely many multiple of what it is now, and I reckon worth a punt to someone.

It's really quite simple... the SP has fell a bit today because Ghia has sold a gazillion shares.

But Tommy is absolutely right. We suffered the pain from 200p to 10p. If it goes to 0p it won't be as painful as that fateful day.

Sadly, I think that’s bang on the money. Investors were most definitely misled. We can only hope now that the LP arrives… at all. It is March next week and another month gone.

Gunto - just to clarify, I don't think Polygon want to sell. I was merely, in the interests of balance, pointing out that even if they did want out, I'm don't think they could simply offload 60m shares into the market.

Fruits - you asked why haven’t polygon departed. I think and hope it’s because they still believe Synairgen will be a success. But I was offering a bleaker alternative that they would really struggle to offload their shares, at least without completely and finally decimating the SP. They might have expensive hedges in place but ultimately I think they are very long Synairgen. And great researchers they may have. But no one gets them all right. I sincerely hope in this case they have, though.

Fruits - Polygon could be stuck. There's no way they could dump 60 million shares into the market. As I see it, their only way out is to either wait for a significant re-rating of the SP, or someone to come bidding for the company.

But UWOS, where's the breakout you were proclaiming?!

But on to you my old mucker - it seems you just want to be disliked. Now, there's lots you can read on Google about the psychology of this. But often it's because someone was mistreated or abused when they were younger and they've learnt to deal with this better than they could a simple compliment, as strange as that might initially sound. It's a pretty tragic situation, far more so than a falling SP, and one I think most of us on here can see with you and a few others. I'm sure a blast of SNG001 would probably fix it but alas it is not yet approved. In the meantime, why don't you toddle off to mummy, give her a big hug and try to fix whatever is broken inside your head.

iamrich - so why did he not say this might be a possibility in his December interview. Because nothing changed materially from then to February? I think most on here acknowledge that MB misled (knowingly or not) investors with the December interview.

Hamm - did you watch his really positive interview on 6th December, where he confidently proclaimed no need for cash raise?
